A door opens revealing none other than Merlin himself. "I hope I'm not inturrupting something." Merlin smiles.

"F-father..?!" Merlon startles. "What are you doing here?"

"I wanted to check on how your doing. After all, The Empror Kuzco asked you for you his Big Project." Merlin realizes his son is stressed. He comes closer to teenage Merlon's bed. He sits down and gives his son an consolling smile. "You must be very excited about that."

"..." Merlon stays silent. He is afraid that he can never tell his father what he had done.

"Is everything ok, son?" Merlin smiles worried. He is worried but he has to stay strong for his son.

"Y-Yeah... yeah... everything's fine..." Merlon lies. "Why wouldn't it be? Heh heh! I'm not acting suspecious! You're acting suspecious! What's a Empror?!"

That was the moment Merlin realized that something is definetly wrong.

"Look, ever since your mother's dissapearence I couldn't be there for you." Merlon gives a comforting smile. "But you don't have to fear because we will get through this together. We will defeat that physcopath and we'll get your mother back!"

"You think is it even possible to defeat B?" Merlon asks.

"Of course!" Merlin smiles and starts screaming in a cheerful tone. He's voive is too cheerful some may even say he sounds like Santa Claus. "Everycreature has a weakness! Even C! As long as we work together we have nothing to fear! If we want to get through hard times we need to trust each other." Merlin's smile drops as he gets serious. "I know you're hiding something from me. That's why it pains me that I can't help you. Whenever I experiment with magic or alchemy I make mistakes too. If we want to be stronger than C we must trust each other. If you did something wrong, just tell me. I promise I won't get mad. "

Merlon doesn't smiles. He feels soo embareced he doesn't even makes eyes contect with his father "I don't think even you ever made a mistake this big..."

"Try me!" Merlin smiles.

"I just..." Merlon looks at his fathers eyes before avoiding eye contact once again with a forced smile in his face. "...I need a little more time, father."
