You're in pain aren't you,
I see that smile you hide behind,
The same smile that is slowly tearing you apart,
The mask that is taken off and thrown the moment you close your door,
Your heart is broken and bleeding out,
Begging,
Praying,
For anyone to see through and save you from your own delusions,
You cut the parts of your body you hate,
Hoping that the blood that spills will mask all your insecurities,
Yet in the end you are left empty,
Exhausted,
Lonely,
Hating yourself more for your actions,
Only to get up and clean yourself hoping you can wash away your mistakes,
Then you are forced to put your mask back on and face a world that will never truly understand,
But its okay,
I see you,
Allow me to be the light that removes that dark mask,
So one day you don't have to put it back on.
