Chapter eleven

Tobias pov

Tris just fell asleep in my arms. I walk to the apartment and unlock it. I sit on the couch with Tris on my lap. I kiss her head and place my cheek on her head. I start to fall asleep when there is a knock on the door. I place Tris down on the couch with a blanket over her. I open the door to find Tris' mother.

"Hello Mrs. Prior." I say and she looks at me.

"Have you seen Beatrice?" She asks and I nod.

"She's asleep on the couch taking a nap." I say and she comes in. I walk to the kitchen and grab some water for us. I move Tris' head onto my lap and I comb my hands through her hair absentmindedly.

"I have to warn you. Her father will try and take her from here. You can't let that happen. She belongs her." Mrs. Prior says and I nod.

"I already stopped him today." I say and she nods. She looks at the clock and gets up.

"It was nice to see you again Tobias. I will see you two later." She says and walks out. I wave and look down at Tris. She is still asleep. I smile and pick her up. I walk to our room and lay her down and grab some of her clothes she uses for pajamas. I undress her and redress her into the clothes. I change into some shorts and climb into bed. I wrap my arms around her and pull her close. She smiles in her sleep and I smile. I kiss her head and close my eyes.

Tris pov

I wake up in shorts and large t-shirt. I look over and see Tobias laying on his stomach facing away from me. I roll on top of him and kiss the back of his neck.

"Morning Tris." He says and I roll off of him. He sits up and I stare at him.

"How did I get into these clothes?" I ask and he looks away. He redressed me. I kiss his cheek and get up. I walk to the bathroom with clothes and turn the water on. I quickly shower then dry off. I pull on my skin tight shorts and maroon crop top. I apply some make-up and walk out. Tobias looks at me and I smile. He takes a shower while I fix my hair and pull on my combat boots. He comes out and I kiss him. I have to work today, but he has a day off. I walk with him to the cafeteria and get some food.

"Tris, you look hot today." Chrissy says and I laugh.

"I tried today." I say and we both laugh. I get up and walk with Tobias to the tattoo parlor and he looks around the shop. I clean the needles and organize the paints. Tobias comes over with a sketch that I drew and I look at him. It is a flame with a name in it.

"Hey you." He says and pulls me closer to him. I smile at him and he smiles.

"Hiya." I say and I kiss him.

"Imma gonna get this tattoo." He says and I laugh.

"Where ya gonna get it?" I ask and he takes his shirt off and I smirk.

"Right here." He says and points to his rib cage. "With your name in the middle of it."

"Lay down and I'll get to work." I say and he does. I pull on my gloves and get the needle. I sit in my chair and move his arm to above his head. I get the first first color and outline the heart. I write my name inside and color it in.

"All done. I think I'm going to get a belly button ring." I say and he looks at me. He poke my stomach and I giggle.

"Do it." He says and we walk to the register. I take his money and walk him out. "Pick you up for lunch."

"I love you." I say and he kisses my nose.

"I love you more."

"Impossible."
