Before I knew Saturday came around. Throughout the week I had kept in contact with him, laughing at certain texts, blushing at the ones where he made me feel like the only girl in the world. My trust in him has been growing little by little.

After taking a shower, shaving every bit of hair, and moisturizing, I was now onto my hair.
I decide to go with a more natural look that defined my layers and curtain bangs. For my makeup, I went a bit out and did a smokey eyeliner that brought my eyes out and a bit brighter highlighter on my nose and cupid's bow. After I finish I set my makeup I picked out an outfit.

I went with a pine green short dress and some thin strap chunky heeled sandals. As the time approached I received a message from Mason saying he was on the way. I grew more excited and nervous. Wow our first date, I kinda consider it our second if I'm counting the night we met.

I applied some gold rings and a watch that matched my simple necklace, I filled my purse with basics needs like tampons, chapstick, gum, my wallet, and keys. Also quickly applied deodorant and my favorite perfume. I looked at myself one last time and the mirror and took a quick selfie.

After opening the glass door I looked up and saw mason leaning against his car with his arms crossed. He was wearing a cream button-up shirt with some black pants and sneakers paired with a watch similar to mine.

He quickly stands up and walks over to me with a big smile on his face.

"Woah you look stunning" he goes up and hugs me and kisses my cheek.

"Not so bad yourself Mount" we have a moment where we both stare at each other before he grabs my hand and opened the passenger door.

"So where are we going?" I lean to my hand that rests on the passenger window as he drives off from my apartment complex to the main road.

"You Ella will be dining at Amaranto restaurant" he looks over worriedly when I gasp.

Amaranto Restaurant? Is he crazy? That restaurant is overpriced but with good reviews.

"What is there a problem with that?" he asks curiously.

"Yes Mase, that restaurant is super pricey I don't want you to spend that much money," I say.

"So what? it's my money, and I'm inviting you. So I don't want to hear any if's and but's" he reassures me.

"Okay but next time it's on me" I say then look over to the building before looking back at him. He has a big smile plastered on his face but this one is more teasingly making me confused.
