Mason's POV:
So much happened after that night. It was a big decision but we were sure we wanted to become parents again. Have another mini Mason or Ella running around, whatever the universe decides for us.

Ella wanted to decorate and get new furniture and appliances for the house. After painting a couple walls, hanging up painting and pictures, and lastly remodeling the downstairs area, it finally started feeling more at home.

We celebrated Thanksgiving together with our families at a big party. We hosted at my house, well ours now. Our families go to know each other, forgetting us in the movement. They laughed, shared stories, taught each other different recipes, and even decided we'd do Secret Santa.

Christmas soon strolled around. I ran around trying to find the perfect gift for her, a big tie-breaker with either a set of diamond earrings with a silver bracelet or the watch she had been dying to get at a store. Me being me got her both. A woman like her deserves to be spoiled.

That evening we danced, made love after everyone danced and confessed many drunk feelings. The morning after it was just us and our little family. We happily watched Luka with his big hazel eyes open the gifts he received. Many footballs, and a jersey from West Ham thanks to Dec.

In the evening she surprised me with dinner, leaving us alone to spend Christmas together. She baked my favorites and cooked the long-awaited Colombian dish we tried during our holiday. The lights were dim, and candles were lit, which made the perfect picture scenery. She wore a drop-dead gorgeous red dress that hugged her figure in all the right places.

She blushed slightly after bringing her gifts, we'd agreed From the corner of my eye not to get each other anything, but it looks like both of us failed to keep the promise. Inside the matte wrapping were a promise ring for me, a gold band with our initials, and the day we met inside plastered. Inside along as well, was my favorite perfume that cost a lot, and a new pair of shades.

I scolded her for wasting so much money but she didn't regret one thing, laughed at my little tantrum. I caught her off guard as well, catching her reaction on camera as I gave her her gifts. She sat on my lap and hugged me tightly, whispering many thank you's and I love you's.

We stayed up late that night, we slow danced, played board games like old times, and took many funny and blurry pictures. Cuddled till we fell asleep on the couch.

New years went by quickly as well, but we couldn't stay out too late due to me having training early the next day. We made it out of the playoff round for UCL, now we were focused on the knockout stages.

If there's something about Ella is that she can be stubborn and distant when upset, but deep down I knew the reason behind it. It caused her many outbreaks, crying herself to sleep, and lashing out at me. But I gave her her space.

She tried to distract herself as much as she could, focusing more on work, and taking care of our son. What she had not noticed is that her behavior also affected me, which brought us here today. After a disappointing premier league game, I was mad at everything, mostly myself.

Tuchel gave a long speech saying we could do and expects much better, telling us he's here for anything we're dealing with. I wanted to be left alone that day, she wasn't there in those stands cheering me on.

When I opened the door to our house the living room light were off, the only light came from the dining room and kitchen area. I roughly placed my stuff down, taking my shoes off. A confused and paranoid Ella came out of the small office we have.

Her hair in a clip, no makeup, just her with glasses and her Pj's. "Hi baby, I'm so proud of-" she attempted to reach over but I didn't allow her. I knew I shouldn't act like this but my body took over instead of my thoughts.
