I rolled over in my bed and hit my alarm off as it beeped to wake me. I kept my eyes closed not wanting to wake up. 

"L ! wake up! it's your wedding day !" I heard voices through the door and banging 

I yawned rubbed my eyes then swung my legs off the bed then slowly walked to the door, I yawned again and opened the door all the girls were standing there smiling like idiots. 

"Why would you wake me so early ?" I asked them

"Because it's your wedding day dummy!" They all shouted at the same time  

"I know but still why so early ?" I whined 

"You need to eat, get your hair, make up and get into your dress. There is a lot to do today so hurry up let's go eat " Kat spoke 

"Fine" I sighed I went back over to my bed to the chair that was close to the bed and I pulled on a pair of jeans and a random top before slipping on a pair of socks and shoes then ran a brush throw my hair before walking back over to the girls picking my keys on the way passed, I closed the door and locked it before walking down to get some breakfast with the girls. There was so much to choose from pastry to cooked breakfasts anything you fancy. We all sat at a table and eat some yummy food and drank a lot of coffee then we headed back upstairs where our hairdressers and make-up artist were waiting for us. We started getting ready's for the wedding and of course, we had a few cheeky drinks and laughed about everything and anything. We had a lot of fun, the girls even made all kinds of jokes about me and River and our so-called happy ever after and how we will have cute awesome babies, yes my friends are thinking about kids already which is weird and kinda worrying. I didn't know getting my hair done and make-up could take so long but it does, it takes far too long then it was time for me to walk down the aisle with dan giving me away. 

"You scrub up quite nicely" I smiled at River when I reached him

"I was about to say the same thing to you" He smiled back while he took my hand and helt them 

We were facing each other in front of the minister. 

"Dearly beloved we are gathered here today in the presence of the witnesses to join River Woods and Lisa Carruthers in matrimony commended to be honourable among all and therefore is not to be entered into lightly but reverently, passionately, lovingly and solemnly. into this, these two persons present now come to be joined. if any person can show just cause why they may not be joined together let them speak now or forever hold their peace..." The minister spoke and waited for a bit before continuing  "Ok so the groom and bride while know say their vows"

River quickly squeezed my hand lightly then took a big breath in and let it out slowly "I River woods take you, Lisa Carruthers, to be my wife to have and to hold from this day forward for better or for worst for richer, for poorer in sickness and in health to love and to cherish from this day forward until death do us part. I River Woods take you Lisa Carruthers to be my wife my friend my faithful partner and my love from this day forward in the presence of our family and friends I offer you my solemn vow to be your faithful partner in sickness and in health, in good times and in bad and in joy as well as in sorrow I promise to love you unconditionally to support you in your goals to honour and respect you to laugh with you and cry with you and cherish you for as long as we both shall live I River take you Lisa to be my wife my partner in life I one true love I will cherish our union and love you more each day than I did the day before I will trust you and respect you long with you and cry with you loving you faithfully through good times and bad regardless of the obstacles we may face together I gave you my hand, my heart and my love from this day forward for as long as we both shall live" River smiled slightly

I bite my bottom lip then started I Lisa Carruthers take you, River woods, to be my husband to have and to hold from this day forward for better or for worst for richer, for poorer in sickness and in health to love and to cherish from this day forward until death do us part. "know exchange the rings" The minister spoke then Kat stood beside us River took the ring for me and helt it out while I helt my hand out.

"I River give you Lisa this ring as an eternal symbol of my love and commitment to you" River slid the ring onto my finger then I took his ring and helt his hand.

"I lisa give you River this ring as an eternal symbol of my love and commitment to you" I slide the ring onto River's finger 

We helt hands again while the minister spoke again "By the power vested in me by the state of Edinburgh I know pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride"

Me and River leaned in towards each other and shared a small sweet kiss while everyone cheered and clapped. We smiled lightly then headed down the aisle. We walked to sign the Marriage licence while everyone went outside and waited for us, as we walked out everyone cheered and throw confetti at us. There was a lot of photo being taken
