A Trip To The Hospital

We were all outside. Me, the girls and Aiden were sunbathing while we watched some of the guys were doing some tricks on the skateboard that we may have taken from a random guy from the school, we'll return it once we are done. Tyler wasn't on the skateboard just in case it hurt him which could make him go back to square one but he was egging the other guys on. It was River's turn on the skateboard, River got onto then pushed off with his foot, he jumped onto the handrailing and slid down it but the skateboard went to fast and knocked River off it, River landed on his right leg and went down hard. I jumped up and so did everyone else and we ran down to were River was laying.

"Are you alright?" I asked him

"My leg hurts," He told me through gritted teeth while he clenched his hand around his leg 

"Better get you to the hospital," I told him while I helped him up and so did Seth  

"Aaron go get my car keys," Seth told him

Aaron nodded then ran off to get Seth's keys while me and Seth walked River to the car park then over to Seth's car, Aaron ran over to us not that long after we got there and handed the key's to Seth. We got River into the back of the car then I got in beside him.

"Make sure someone lets the headteacher know" Seth spoke then got into the car as well and drove off towards the hospital. 

It didn't take us long before we got to the hospital we parked the car outside it then took River into the accident emergency. We went and booked him in then sat him down on a chair while Seth moved his car to a better space Once Seth was back in a nurse came out with a wheelchair for River we put him in the wheelchair.

"Are any of you his family ?" She asked 

"I don't have any family, Seth is the closest thing to a brother I have," River told her

"I guess you can come in and what about the girl?" She asked glaring lightly at me

"She's my girlfriend" River answered 

"Oh alright you may come as well" She sighed lightly 

I think she has a little thing for River already but River, of course, doesn't seem to care, all he wants is to be checked out. The nurse took River to a room and we helped him onto the bed. once the nurse left I turned to River and put my hands on my hips, He looked up at me confused.

"I'm your what?" I asked

"It was the only thing I could say to get her to let you in" He rolled his eyes

Seth chuckled lightly then shook his head before he sat down on one of the chairs. 

"Would it be that bad to date me like?" He asked 

"How would I know ?" I asked him

I sat down on the chair beside his bed. The nurse came in with some morphine for River then left, We all talked for a while until the doctor came in and examined River then he had to get his leg x-ray before the put a plaster cast on it yes the idiot broke his leg. After they put it on River was taken up to a wardroom for a few days, he was in a room to himself which was a good thing, We were allowed to stay with River, I sat beside River the whole time he was down in the accident emergency room and even when he was taken to the ward as soon as he was in the room and his leg put up the nurses left so I sat beside him again while Seth sat on his other side.

"I better phone the school and let them know what is happening and phone our worried friends," Seth told us then stood up

River nodded then Seth left. 

"How is the pain ?" I asked him

"It's not that bad" He smiled 

"Well you are on morphine" I smiled at him  

River chuckled lightly then stopped suddenly.

"What's wrong ?" I asked worriedly

River turned his head and looked at me "Would it really be so bad dating me?, I mean I'm way better than that Jaiden asshole and you dated him" 

I looked a bit shocked, that came out of nowhere. 

"And I'm way better than that Beth bitch who you dated" I smiled back 

"That I agree with, I never should have dated her" He shook his head a little "But don't change the subject" 

"I guess it wouldn't be the worse thing in the world" I shrugged lightly 

River chuckled "Will you just might that you like me already"

"Not until you do" I leaned forward a little

"I like Lisa, a lot" He looked at me smiling 

"I like you too River" I smiled back 

"Can I get a kiss then?" He asked 

I stood up then leaned over his bed and kissed him lightly on his lips lightly then pulled away lightly smiling then sat back down.

"Is it too much to ask for you to stay with me?" River asked 

"Oh, you thought you were going to get rid of me that easy, please I was planning on staying anyways" I stuck my tongue out at him a little

"How could I think that you were going to leave me, that was a dumb move on my side" He chuckled lightly

Seth finally came back and sat down.

"Lisa, you can stay with River," He told me

"I was going to even if the teacher didn't say I could" I smirked at him

"That's probably why the agreed" Seth smirked back "Oh but sorry Daniel is coming over later to check in" 

"Why him?" I pouted and crossed my arms

"Because you love him" He smirked 

"No, I don't" I sighed 

"He's your brother of course you do, deep down I know you do," Seth told me 

"Your right but he can never know, I would forgive him for a long time," I told them 

"Not sure what happened but I get that" He nodded "But I better go and you two remember this is a hospital keep your pants on"

Seth got up and left chuckling all the way out, I couldn't help but watch him as he left wondering if he has stood outside the door when he told each other we liked each other then I turned back to River. 

"Were you checking out Seth's ass?" He raised an eyebrow at me

"Yes" I smiled and nodded "He has a nice ass"

"Your my girlfriend know you can't do that" He looked at me shocked 

"Yes I can, as long as I look and don't touch and I don't remember you asking me to be your girlfriend" I smiled at him

River chuckled "Alright, Alright Lisa, will you be my girlfriend?" 

"I'll need to think about that one" I joked

"Oh no bad, tell me now" He demanded 

"Alright, I guess I can be" I smiled 

"You're just mean" He shook his head

"And that's why you love me!" I smirked

"Yeah, true" He chuckled 

That made us both stop in shock, River just agreed he love me, my heart started beating like crazy and I couldn't speak, River looked like he couldn't talk either but not one of our could look away from the other.
