I spend months just laying in the hospital bed not being able to move off it and Lisa came to see me every day she was allowed time off school to be with me as long as she did her work at home which Lisa did only so she didn't get dragged back to school. After three months of laying in bed, I was finally a load to get up and start my physical therapy. I was holding on to two railings as I tried to take the first step, My physical therapist Mrs Edwards is a twenty-seven-year-old woman, 5'9 in height she is a skinny woman with long black hair, brown eyes, tanned skin and she was very sexy. I know I'm so lucky to have a hottie like her helping me walk. She had her arm around my back supporting me, I slowly lifted my right leg up a little but I stumble back but Mrs Edwards catches me and helps me stand back up as well. When I was standing up straight again I look over to see Lisa sitting on the bench watching me closely waiting for me to take my first step again.

"You're doing great Tyler" Mrs Edwards smiled at me

That brought me out of my thoughts so I turned my head back to her and smiled back at her.

"Soon I'll be back to banging girls ever night again" I smirked back at her

"Oh Tyler" She blushed lightly

She's so shy, she reminds me of Elly. I couldn't help chuckle lightly at this but I felt a little sad too cause I miss messing with Elly so much but I will take my first step. I smiled more than I lifted my foot up again but this time I placed it down slightly in front of me, I never felt so happy in a long time. Lisa jumped up happily while holding her mobile out then she sat back down.

"Good job, Tyler!" Mrs Edwards cheered for me

I smiled at her then turned to Lisa who was messing with her mobile. I let out a little sigh and got a bit jealous that Lisa wasn't giving me her attention.

"Babe ! you better watch me and I hope you aren't texting that asshole Jaiden" I glared at her

Lisa looked up at her phone and smiled at me.

"No dummy you know the twins are gone and I'm sending the video of your first steps to Elly cause she wanted to see you take it but she can't be here," Lisa told me

I couldn't help but smiled Elly is thinking of me and Lisa is making sure Elly gets to see and know about everything I do. That makes me so happy , She is a sister to me so I'm glad She is wanting to see me take my first step . I feel so loved by both Lisa and Elly. 

"Do you want to stop here ?" Mrs Edwards asked me lightly 

I looked at her and shook my head and smiled lightly at her "No I wanna keep going" 

"Okay but if you get much pain please tell me so we can stop" She looked at me worried 

"Anything for you" I winked at her making her blush again 

Mrs Edwards turned her face away from me then cleared her throat before turning back to me. 

"Okay, Tyler lets take another step" She smiled lightly 

I nodded my head then lift my left foot up a little I was just about to put it down but I fell forward and laid on the floor with a bang. I let out a scream as the pain rushed through my body. Lisa ran over to me looking worried.

"Tyler are you okay," She asked 

I gulped back another scream from the pain as I looked at her worried face, I put on a fake smile and nodded my head lightly. I wanted to get up myself but I couldn't.
