Neander's POV
When morning came, we all got dressed in our cloaks and masks. When we walked to the dining pavilion, we noticed how everyone was staring at us. The gods were here again and sitting with their children. Guess they do that now.
"Where are you going to sit? There is no Chaos table," Marcus screamed.
I shook my head. Didn't they learn yesterday with the cabin?
"Artisan? Would you?" I asked.
Beckendorf nodded and brought out a small cube. Marcus laughed at the cube but was cut off when the cube turned into a table. We smirked and sat down. We summoned our food and began to eat. I was about to eat some of my pancakes when someone cleared their throats. I looked up to see everyone in the pavilion staring at us.
"Aren't you going to sacrifice some food to the gods?" Piper asked."And why would we sacrifice food to them?" I asked, eyeing the gods.
"Because it's respectful," Clarisse screamed.
"No."
"Don't you at least sacrifice food to your father?" Hazel asked.
"Don't you dare," Bianca said, looking at me.
"Oh come on. They want us to sacrifice some food. Why not? Plus I have a feeling dad needs to talk to me anyway," I said standing up.
I grabbed a piece of bacon and walked to the fire.
"For Chaos," I said and quickly sat down.
Out of a puff of smoke, dad came out and stared at us.
"Who thought it would be a good idea to sacrifice me food? ME? Why not Order," he asked, coughing.
"Neander," my friends pointed at me.
"That still doesn't explain why me and not Order."
"Well, she would probably make us run or something and they wanted to know why we didn't sacrifice any food?" Luke said, shrugging his shoulders.
"They don't sacrifice food to me for several reasons. But I swear the next person to sacrifice food is going to be on a trip to planet 865. But anyway, I have news for all of you. Although the primordials can't help you in the battle, they want to know what's happening. They might be able to help in some way. So, at six o'clock two weeks from today, Neander will open a portal and take you to the throne room," dad said, looking at the gods and demigods.
"Woah. WAIT! Do WE have to go?" I asked.
"What's wrong Neander? Don't you want to see Eros?" Beckendorf teased.
"No! He and Aither love annoying me," I told him.
"You have no choice. You are in charge of this meeting. You know things about the titans that others don't. Be there and don't get into any trouble before time," dad said as he left.
I sighed and got up ready to leave but the fates hate me as we all know someone had to stop me.
"Wait. Are we going to follow him because his daddy told us to?" Marcus asked in a taunting voice.
"Um. Maybe we should go before we have to call Chaos back," Luke said moving to me.
"What? Are you going to run away? Run back to daddy?" Marcus asked again.
"If you value your life I suggest you walk away boy," Zoe said threateningly.
"You know what? I challenge you to a duel. Right now," Marcus said.
