- in which the dual bender has to try and find a way back home after everyone thought she was dead.

falling asleep on a dragon is not a smart thing to do. well that's exactly what senna did. since shes been flying for about 4 days, she's exhausted.
but the dragons don't seem to mind. every night as the sun sets, the dragons land while senna sneaks into a store and steals some food.
she doesn't have any money so stealing is what she's been doing.
today is day 5. the dual bender sits upon phoenix as the sun slowly sets. she groans and lays down.
where are they? why didn't i write back? why didn't i ask where they were?
those questions floated through sennas mind until she was interrupted by phoenix flying full speed down from the sky causing the girl to scream and hold on for dear life.
"PHOENIX!!"
the dragon stopped, as well as the other three and they landed in the woods. senna slid off of phoenix and glanced around.
"is this where they are?" she asked the dragon.
phoenix huffed out some smoke which senna took as a yes. the girl gathered her things and then told the dragons to go.
she waved to them as they disappeared into the sky. senna took a deep breath, one hand holding her bag strap while the other holds a delicious meat sandwich she stole from the store.
she begins walking, taking in her surroundings. her white hair flies around like crazy. "stupid hair!" she yelled, placing down her sandwich and wrapping her hair up into a high ponytail.
she noticed a cave in the distance and decided to go and check it out. walking down there, she nearly tripped like 10 tens causing the girl to let out multiple different curse words.
"god damn it! finally!" senna sighed. she stood at the face of the cave which was completely dark besides the flicker of some light. the sun had set about an hour ago so everything around her was completely dark.
using her bending to her advantage, she created a flame in her hand and headed into the cave.
"yeah, we got our outfits. what do you need to go to school for?" she heard a familiar voice ask. that definitely had to be toph.
"every minute im in that classroom im learning new things about the fire nation. i already have a picture of fire lord ozai!" aang held up a picture of the firelord demon, "and here's one that i made out of noodles."
"impressive, i admit. but i still think it's too dangerous." senna smiled, hearing sokkas voice and let the flame out.
she was about to say something but she accidentally kicked a can, sending it flying toward the group. her eyes widened and she saw the gaang all look over in her direction.
"what was that?! momo is that you?!" sokka called out but the lemur was resting on top of appa.
"there's someone over there!" toph yelled, causing the other three to stand up and get into a fighting stance.
senna began to panic. oh no oh no what if they kill me? shit, i should've just walked over! damn it!
"oh my god...." the earthbender let out a sigh in relief and a smile formed on her face.
"who is it toph?" aang asked.
okay okay, here we go.
holding tightly onto her bag strap she walked into the light and smiled, "i think aangs idea is smart. in fact maybe i'll go to school with him."
the four friends gasped, staring at their best friend in shock.
the look on the gaangs faces made sennas heart break. tears filled kataras eyes as she stared at her best friend who she thought was dead.
she looked the same besides the hair. it was white instead of it's natural brown. but her scars are what shocked katara the most.
she glanced down at them. they were huge, covered her entire stomach.
"senna, you got my letter!" aang smiled as he walked over to the girl.
she nodded with a smile, "yeah i did."
the airbender pulled the girl into a hug. senna smiled again and a few tears left her eyes and rolled down her cheeks.
katara and toph soon joined in.
"i missed you guys." senna said, giving up on holding back her tears. she could tell katara was crying, aang too who had hair! aang had hair, and toph, that girl was hysterical.
"where have you been?! how are you alive?!" the waterbender asked.
the group pulled away from each other, still shocked.
senna glanced over at sokka who was staring back at her, his mouth slightly open. she smiled at him and waved a little, "hey you."
"senna." she ran to the boy and wrapped her arms around him immediately. sokka was shocked at first but then hugged back, holding her closely in his arms.
senna pulled back enough to still be in his embrace. she looked at the watertribe boy who was all teary eyed, "please don't cry." she spoke softly, cupping his face, "im right here."
"i missed you." he smiled, "badly."
before the girl could respond, sokka did the unthinkable. he's been wanting to this for so long since they broke up and now he finally can do it.
he kissed her. his lips on hers.
she flinched at his sudden act but gave in anyway. the kiss was long and passionate, all their emotions mixed into the kiss. his hands rested on her waist while her hands rested on his neck.
katara cleared her throat and the two pulled away, blushing. the heat of the fire was making senna sweat like crazy which hid her blushing.
"she's back for like 2 minutes and you're already all over her! give her a break!"
sokka rolled his eyes and senna laughed, grabbing sokkas hand and taking a seat near the fire. the others following along.
"i just.....oh my god!" katara laughed, "i just can't believe you're alive! i watched you die..."
the girls smile turned into a frown, reliving the moment in her head. kataras right, the dual bender did die. in the arms of her lover.
zuko.....
"wait a second." senna glanced at her four friends who were all wearing fire nation clothing, "what's all this?" she gestured to their outfits.
"oh well we're trying to fit in so we stole these outfits." sokka said, admiring the girls new hair, "we can always go and find you an outfit tomorrow."
senna nodded, squeezing the boys hand, "i'd like that."
"i have so much to tell you all."
"well...." katara spoke up, smiling, "we're ready when you are."
senna took a deep breath, her hand still holding sokkas who was staring at her, smiling.
