《Mia's pov》
I was at the Cafe with liv talking to her and waiting for our drinks. When Laila walked in.
"Leila, so you and Spencer?" Gabby said some bitch from student council.
"Surprised?" Leila said
"Yes, it is Surprising and I'm not gonna lie, we're a little offended." Gabby said.
"Who's we?" Laila said.
"The rest of the school" gabby said
"Oh, you took a poll." Leila said.
"This is serious Leila!" Gabby said.
"Why does it matter?" Leila said.
"The timeline matters. Since you broke up with asher, like 5 minutes ago. All of this drama isn't very becoming of a stu co president. I'm just saying. Elections are coming up." Gabby says walking away.
Leila walks up to our table.
"It's not gonna end well" Liv said.
"Who cares" Leila said.
"Depends on how attached to popularity you are." I said.
"Gabbys the reason I don't have more friends" Liv said.
"So... I met Spencer ex today." Leila said.
"Kie?" Liv and I both said at the same time.
"You guys know about kia?" Leila said.
"Yeah Spencer mentioned her " Liv said.
"She's like really cool" Leila said.
"Leila I don't think you're in a competition with Spencer's ex." Liv said.
"I know" Leila said.
"Hey are you guys free the rest of today? We could really use your guys help." Leila said.
"Yeah, I don't have cheer today so I'm free." I said.
"Yea who's we?" Liv said.
"Good let's go!" Leila said.
"Where we going?" I said.
"Spencer is doing this rally thing at the park and we need help setting it up. That's where you guys come along" Leila said.
"Ok I'm in!" I said.
"Yeah I'm in also!" Liv said.
"Okay let's go then!" Leila said.
"Well let me change if we're going to a park I don't want to be in the hot in jeans." I said
"True, true we'll stop at your house on the way then" Leila said.
When I got to my house I changed into jean shorts and a Tshirt

When we got there Leila got off first and walked ahead of me and liv
"Damn it's hotter then I expected it to be" Liv said.
"I told you to change to shorts. Luckily for you I brought you some" I said grabbing them from my bag and tossing them to her.
"Thanks mia you're a life saver!" Liv said.
We went to the restroom so Liv can change then walked to where Leila was. She was staring at kia.
"Stop staring at her" Liv said laughing.
"She's incredible and so passionate about her community. I spent an hour with her and it made me question what the hell we're doing in Beverly hills." Leila said
