Giving a full makeover for my beautiful best friend was something I have wanted to do since the moment I first saw her. Thought she doesn't agree, she has a killer body and a beautifully structured face. Not to mention her striking ginger hair. So, when I finally got the chance to dress her up for the party, I was beyond excited.

Infront of us on the bed, laid two beautiful dresses while Athena and I contemplated on which one to choose. They were both equally perfect and we both had a hard time choosing just one. In the end, we ended up choosing the dark brown dress pairing it with a leather jacket and ankle boots. The dress that went on right above her knees made her legs look longer while hugging her body to show off her curves.

She continued staring at herself in the mirror in awe, not believing she could look so striking. The smokey makeup look I did for her made her look like a redheaded bad-ass while combined with her outfit.

"Is that really me?" She asked with disbelief while she started at herself in the mirror. "I look so different."

"A good and beautiful difference. You look perfect, A" I replied as I started at her with a big smile on my face, proud of the work I have done on her. "I can assure you that Aiden is going to love it?"

Her face heated up at my comment and she nervously laughed as she tried to hide her blush. "Ha ha, very funny. As if I care about what he thinks."

"Yeah, yeah. I'll see about that." I smirked and she rolled her eyes knowing I saw right through her.

"Anyways, thank you so much my pumpkin pie! I really really love it!" She thanked me with overflowing joy as she still kept looking at herself.

"No problem. Now let's go party!"

Saying the Reed mansion was huge would be an understatement. The mansion that stood before us was at least 3 times bigger than my house. And her I thought my house was huge. The Reed mansion, which was currently all decorated for the party, blasted our ears with loud music even from the outside.

I looked around at my friends who were also staring at the mansion with their jaws dropped. I took a moment to look around at all the friends I have made since I have started university. Around me, stood the gang, the trio with Aron and Felix, and also Aiden's two buddies Lucas and Seb. Though the trio, Aron and Felix didn't seem bothered by the size of the mansion, everyone else had their mouths open with shock.

"I know what you all are thinking. And believe, we were this shocked as well, the first time we visited Mace." Aron said with a chuckle as he looked at our faces. "I still remember how Clo's chin almost hit the ground from the shock!" He laughed.

"Oh please! My mouth isn't that big." Clover rolled her eyes at Aron before focusing on the whole gang. "Close your mouths now and let's go in! Let's party till the night drops!"

With her words, we all closed our mouths and nodded before hyping ourselves up.

"Yeah! Let's go in and have the night of our lives!" Aiden exclaimed and went inside, taking Athena by the hand with him.

I silently praised him as I smiled while remembering how he had reacted when he saw Athena come out of the house all dressed up. He had stared at her like he had seen the most beautiful being on earth. He had even told her she looked perfect with a serious look, which we rarely saw on the playful guy's face. She had thanked him and acted shy around someone for the first time in her life. It was a lovely exchange between them which was very rare.

"Should we go in together?" Kegan asked, getting closer to my face so that I could hear him through the loud music. I blushed immediately as his breath caressed my neck with the distance between us. I turned my head involuntarily and immediately got lost in his eyes. I gave him a smile as I stared at the eyes I adored so much.
