"Welcome back Jisung. I hope you slept well"

Xioajun greeted me first when I met up with them outside.

"I did~. So why are we outside this time?"

"As you know, today is going to mainly be about different types of magic and if you can use them. Normally, we would conduct experiments like these indoors, but we don't how powerful the results will be. So doing this outside is our best bet"

"So you really think I can use other forms of magic?"

"It's a very high possibility. You were able to shatter that barrier the other day, which is something that no other werewolf has been able to do before. You must be able to use magic, definitely some if not all"

YangYang insisted, expressing his confidence in me and my abilities.

"I see. I'll try not to disappoint then. But how many forms of magic are there?"

"In total, there are seven types of magic that we're aware of, and you've already come across two of them. There's fire, water, wind, earth, wood, lightning, and metal. There are mages that can only use one of them, two of them, or all of them. But its very rare to even come across someone that can use two forms of magic, let alone all of them"

Hendery explained.

"Soobin-hyung could only use fire and Beomgyu-hyung could only use lightning. They both had their own staff for that specific type of magic too"

"Magic staffs are very powerful tools that amplify the power of magic. They could use magic without them if they wanted to, but the staffs make them all the more powerful. They had those staffs with them when they attacked you and Chenle, so they were definitely planning on killing you that night. But don't worry. They can be broken with enough force, but some are more durable that others while some are a lot flimsier. But with your strength and ability to use magic, you could find a way to break them if the time comes. For now, let's start with a lesson on fire magic"

YangYang advised.

Hendery opened a small book that he had on magic, while Xiaojun prepared to write down the incoming results.

"Let's start off each test with a brief overview of the elements. Fire magic allows one to perform Pyrokinesis, the ability to manipulate and create fire. Fire magic tends to be the most destructive of all elements, with very few defensive properties. However, it can be affected by the weather. When it's sunny and arid, the potency of the fire is enhanced while when it's raining or humid, fire magic becomes difficult or even impossible to use. Since none of us can use magic, its pretty hard to explain how to try and activate it. But maybe if you 'think fire' or even think warm thoughts, that might do something"
