Episode 8 - Rivalry

Mia: So Y/N, did you have fun giving a tour to that new guy?

Y/N: Umm, no. I missed few of my classes because of that.

Mia: You know something? Ever since this new year has started, many guys have been falling for you~

Y/N: No Mia. They probably just feel pity for my condition and that's why they are helping me.

Mia: Umm, okay...

Author P.O.V: You and Mia were walking your way back home after college. You two were talking about random things till your house came.

Y/N: I'll see you tomorrow!

Mia: Bye!

Author P.O.V: You entered your house. You got into your room and freshened up.

Few hours later...

San P.O.V: Ugh, what was he doing with her? Wait, I have his number. Let me just ask him.

Chat:

San: Hey, mind if you tell me what you were doing with Y/N?

Author P.O.V: San had given the message but still hadn't received a response. But after a few seconds, he saw that Seonghwa was typing.

Seonghwa: And why do you care? Is she your girlfriend?

San: No... But still. I know how you are and what big of a troublemaker you are. So it would be better if you don't try to be near her or any woman, well at least not in my presence.

Author P.O.V: He couldn't say that he likes you because he knew that would make Seonghwa make really bad decisions.

Seonghwa: Oh please, we all remember what happened between you and Harin. You scared that I might do the same with Y/N?

San: Fine, do whatever you want with her. It's not like she's my girlfriend or anything so I don't need to care for her like one.

Author P.O.V: Of course, he was lying. But he only did it for the safety of Y/N. He soon went to sleep after that.

The next day...

Author P.O.V: San just woke up. He looked at his clock and realised it was 10:04 p.m. Which meant he was 1 hour late to school! He was freaking out but then realised it was Saturday, a holiday.

San: Phew! If this was a weekday then I would've been screwed.

Author P.O.V: He got up and got dressed up for the day in a less panicked way. He soon ate his breakfast and then sat down on the couch while going through his phone. Suddenly, he got a text message. He saw that it was from Seonghwa.

Chat:

Seonghwa: Good morning.

Author P.O.V: Of course, San didn't want to reply to his messages but he still typed something.

San: What do you want?

Seonghwa: You know, I didn't expect for you to actually reply.

San: Just say whatever you have to say.

Seonghwa: This may sound a bit weird but... Harin called me today.

San: Umm, so? It's not my problem whether she calls you or not.

Seonghwa: She has told me that she will be returning to Korea tomorrow.
