Episode 23 - Disappearance

Author P.O.V: You woke up and realized it was Sunday. Saturday and Sunday were the only two days where you could sleep till 12 and no one would complain since you live alone. You still remembered, that when you would stay with your parents, your mom would wake you up at 9 even on weekends, and pull you out of your bed so that you can help her with the housework. However, you don't complain about it now as you did before because it helped you in getting up early on weekends sometimes and helped you to maintain a household while living alone. You brushed your teeth and went down to make breakfast.

15 minutes later...

Author P.O.V: You finished eating breaking when you got a call from someone least expected. The user ID was saved as 'Mom'.

Y/N: Huh?

Author P.O.V: You hesitantly picked up the call and you could hear your mom's voice on the other line.

Incall:

Y/N's Mom: Hello honey! I have some good news for you!

Y/N: What happened?

Y/N's mom: We're coming to Namhae!

Author P.O.V: You were surprised because your parents lived in America for their business and sent you to Korea because you were able to get admission into your college. However, you didn't think this was the right time because they don't know anything. And yes, they know nothing ever since you got into this college.

Incall:

Y/N: O-Oh okay, you're coming... But when?

Y/N's mom: Today!

Y/N: But, mom... Why didn't you tell me this before? I could've arranged things according to that.

Y/N's mom: Arranged 'things'? Have you had plans tonight?

Y/N: N-No, nothing important...

Y/N's mom: So it's okay to arrive at your house today evening, right? Also, do you have a roommate?

Y/N: No. Why do you ask?

Y/N's mom: Well, your dad and I haven't been able to find a place to stay for now. The owner of the house has said they will give the house to us after 1 month. So for now, we have to stay with you only.

Y/N: Fine, I guess...

Y/N's mom: Okay! Your dad and I will be at your place at 6!

Y/N: Fine... Bye.

Author P.O.V: You were about to cut the call until your mom said something again.

Incall:

Y/N's mom: Uhh, honey...

Y/N: What happened?

Y/N's mom: What is your address?

Y/N: Ugh, I'll text it to you later, okay?

Y/N's mom: Okay, bye!

Y/N: Bye!

Author P.O.V: You cut the call and sighed heavily. You're even more stressed out than before, now that your parents were coming over. You opened your phone and went to the group chat of your dance group.

In chat:

Y/N: Hey guys. Sorry, I won't be able to come today for the dance practice ☹

Chaeyeon: It's okay Y/N, we'll be able to deal with it. Just take care of yourself.

Y/N: Thanks!

Author P.O.V: You closed your phone and were confused about what to do now.

Y/N: Oh, the homework...

Author P.O.V: You remembered the homework assigned to you by your professors. You had many so you could use all your time until your parents arrived.
