(Gemma's POV)

After I eat, I get ready to search for my Dad. I search restaurants, homes, and businesses. I even search some parks and fields. One house I go to was a really creepy one. I knock on the door and a guy comes out yelling at me as if I'm a dog who gets punished for no reason! I activate my powers and carefully extract the anger from his mind and insert some respect because I don't tolerate people yelling at me for no reason! He calmly says that he doesn't know who my father is and I thank him for his time.

I have been to sooo many houses and I am starting to lose hope...No! I can't lose hope! This is for my Dad and I can't abandon him. I get up off my lazy butt and keep searching. The sun slowly fades and the moon takes it's place as I realize that I need to find shelter. I walk through this empty street and I suddenly shudder as a wave of fear comes over me. I keep walking anyway, but then I start to hear footsteps. I look around only to find this abandoned street that I have been walking through for a while. I walk faster, but soon my body overpowers my brain and I start to run. I run as far as I can until, alas, there is a gate in the way. Too high to climb over and not split far enough for me to fit through. I try despite realizing that I will never fit and I will probably die. No wait! I remember! I have a chaos emerald! I take it out of...wait, where was I keeping this? Nevermind, I'm about to get kidnapped. I hold it up and face my stalker. CHAOS CONTROL!! For some reason, I feel like I heard him speak. It sounded something like "Eggman".
