Chapter Six
(Gemma's POV)
“I have to go. What I prefer doesn't matter right now. This could mean my Father's life! I could finally see him again.” I say out loud with quivering lips. One tear falls down my face, two, three, soon I'm having a breakdown because of excitement and sadness. I get a tissue and as I wipe my face, I see that my one of my eyes has turned a navy blue and the other turned orange. In case you can't tell, my eyes change color with my emotions. I have never had only one emotion so my eyes are always a different color from each other. I look around and find a small device on the floor. It reads: EGGMAN ZONE TRANSPORTER, the instructions lie on the floor, including a red jewel.
I follow the instructions and place the chaos emerald in a glass case and type the zone name. “Alright.” I say, “Here goes.” I press the button and the world shifts into nothing.
