How has your day been?

I do hope it wasn't to stressful, if it was though I hope this helps some💝



So to start with!
Let's do the usual exercise, because showing yourself love is the most important thing, especially when your day hasn't been all that good.💌

So first off if you would, find a marker/pen something that can easily wash off.

Have you found one?
If you don't feel comfortable writing on your body, then you can just find a mirror or use your phone to repeat these following phrases and try to mean them.
Because each one is extremely true💓

If you did find a pen/marker then it's up to you on where you want to write these phrases.

'I did the best I could today!'
'I am amazing!'
'And I'm beautiful/handsome as hell'

How are you feeling now?

After your done with that, we're gonna do another exercise.

This one might be a little loud though.

I want you to find a pillow and scream out all your frustrations in it, when I have a bad day that's usually the first thing I do and I always feel better afterwards.

Did it help you at all?

Now that you've done that, it's time to eat something, and grab some water.

It doesn't have to be a lot of food, just a pack of crackers or an apple even.
Something to eat, and enjoy as you read along the way.

I'm so proud of you, I really hope you understand that!
I know some days can be extremely rough, and it seems like tomorrow won't be any better.
And honestly tomorrow may not be any better, but that doesn't mean you won't have better days!
You have to be able to face the horrible and stress out ones so your able to appreciate the good ones.
I know, I know sounds corny as heck, but I was told that at one point and at the time I was like 'This doesn't help me at the moment at all, I'm still sad'
But as time past I started understanding it, it's like how you appreciate your friends more when you lose one or haven't seen them in a while.
I promise you there are better days, and you deserve them so I hope you enjoy them with your full heart.💗💗
