Hello my darlings.

It's been awhile, I'm sorry I've been gone for so long.
I made this book in hopes it helps other people get through life easier.
(Even if it may be cheesy)
I don't know if it'll actually help, but I just want other people to feel cared for and loved and I promise I care for every single one of you even if I don't know you personally 💕💕

How are you doing today?
For me it's 6 in the morning but idk what time it could be for you guys.
But for this chapter it'll be about morning routines. ☺️☺️

I know it's hard to have one, which is why I'm not expecting you to follow this one everyday but it'll be something you can do today.💓💓

Now after you eat,it's time to brush your teeth 🪥 🪥
