Chapter 4: Shadows of the Past

A/N: So I'll now start doing stuff, no shit me. What I mean is that I will be writing at least two chapters going through Issei mind and try to find his old memories, freeing them one by one, and seeing how this efftect the current Issei. Will he go insane once and for all or will he break down or will he find his way back to the orc, back to his past life? Only this arc will tell, and how I evil I feel... Anyway let's begin the part that I hope will hurt more to write, in a good way.

Koneko was looking straight into Tiamate's chaotic eyes, her determination clear to Tiamate. They had been getting ready for Koneko to enter Issei mind, but how she was going to was the tough part, as she have to use their bond. She didn't really how see how she was going to that with just their bond, but Tiamate had reminded her that through their bond they could now talk again, so if she just focused enough senjutsu into their bond then she should be able to enter his head. They would do it when Issei was sleeping, so they had to make that happen too.

Koneko find his sleeping self quite cute, to think this used to be a mindless dragon in her eyes only half an hour ago and now she find his actions cute, yet sad since she would maybe never see his old self do those things again. Tiamate and Koneko had moved themselvs and Issei inside Tiamates cave to perform this ritual or whatever it was. Issei laid mostly still as he sleept heavliy, making his mother and Koneko giggle a little at how weirdly cute he could be.

" Are you ready?" Ask Tiamate, Koneko looked towards as she nodded, she stood up and walked towards his sleeping body. As she sat down next to his head, Tiamate began to explain how she was going to do this." First put your head on his, close your eyes and try to find the bond with each other, your connection if you will" Koneko did as instructed, moved her head to his, closed her eyes and began to search for their bond. She began to feel like she was swimming, but the water was heavier then normal water, but she began to push through it.

She began swimming to what she felt like what be the surface, she swam, swam and swam until she started to see faint light ahead, multipuls lights in different colors. She began swimming faster, reaching her hand out as she breach the surface of the water. She catched her breath, but wait she couldn't breath.' Why can't I breath, is this why I didn't feel any discomfort whille under the water?' It then dawned on her, she was inside Issei's mind or was she?

( Meta Physical Connection between Koneko and Issei)

Koneko stayed afloat, as she looked around in this seemingly eternal space, this was, no had to be their bond as a meta physical plain between the two.' Neat..' She thought, she began swimming foward, not that she really what was foward in this place. She saw what looked like a small island made of rocks of some kind, she couldn't really see as this place was dark, the only real light being the multi colored stars? This space was beautiful, a shame she can stay to look for too long, as she needed to find a way inside his mind.

 She swam towards the island, and began climbing onto it when she reached it. She felt weirdly enough not tired after all this swimming and climbing, this place was not making any sense to her so far, other then she didn't need to breath or relax as if she didn't feel fagiture or needed to breath.' So strange, I should get this over with as fast as I can' Koneko thoguht as she began to walk around the island, trying to find the middle as might have some way for her to go or at least tell her what to do. She did find something, she found a giant magic circle.

She walked closer to it, slowly examing it as she did. It looked quite like a Gremory one, she even made one just to check, but as she did she only got a glimps of her own as it broke. She looked confussed, but took it as another rule in this space, no magic. Possiable also no senjutsu. Luckliy she perfered hand-to-hand combat anyway, as she much stronger in that field, she just senjutsu because few race can take a diract hit without gaining at least wound, as not many can deafend from it.
