Slim\\
I hopped out the shower the next day and dried my hair off with a towel. With another towel wrapped around my body, I opened the bathroom door and walked out. As I was halfway there, I heard someone smack their teeth from behind me. I turned around to see Slade looking at me with a look of disgust.
"Must you walk around like this?" He asked me rudely.
"Bitch it's my house, you homeless fuck." I said, rolling my eyes.
"Watch how you talk to me, Slim." Slade said sternly.
"Watch deeznuts in your mouth." I said jokingly, walking away from him. Seriously though? He had the nerve to call me out on my attire while he's living in my house? Okay.
I went back to the room and found clothes to wear. After I got dressed, Jason woke up. Yes, folks, we slept in the same bed, and no, nothing happened between us.
He yawned and smiled at me buttoning up my shirt.
"You know, I don't think I'll ever get used to you getting dressed in front of me every morning."
"Don't. You're going back to Nevada soon." I said, maybe a bit harsh.
"Well, maybe the guys are, but I don't think I will."
I turned around with my mouth hung agape. Was he kidding me? He's leaving my house soon.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"You're so sexy and I love you. I messed up before by letting you walk out my life, I won't do it again." Jason said solemnly.
"Jason, we can still be friends while you're in Vegas. It's not the end of the world."
"But it'll be the end of my world. I can't picture my future without you, Slim. I want to settle down."
"Jason, you're in a gang. You've made a commitment. I won't let you drop everything you've ever loved and had just for me, although it's very flattering."
"All I've ever loved is right in my face." Jason said, smiling and making me blush.
"Can we talk about this later? I can't be late for work. Sophie's already on my ass a lot." I said, rolling my eyes at the thought of her.
Jason got off the bed and pulled a shirt over his body. "I'll drive you."
I brushed my hair back while Jason looked around for some jeans to throw on for the meanwhile. When he was ready, we left the house. I ignored the death glare Slade shot at me. He always pissed me off easily just by being there, but I wasn't going to let him ruin my day. If he wanted to be on his period then so be it, but I was in a good ass mood and refused to let anyone with a stank ass attitude get in the way of that... (I wanted to save my anger for when I see Sophie's bitch ass).
I climbed in the car with Jason and waited for him to start it and pull out the driveway.
As he did so, I sat in silence and waited for him to start the conversation. I was kind of happy that we were back together but still couldn't control the built in anger I had after all this time of being abused, disappointed, and harassed. Dave suggested I take on anger management classes but I couldn't afford it. I mean, I made rent just fine but there were some times when I would borrow money from Brendon because I didn't have enough money left.
Now that I was with Jason again, he should be more than happy to help me out with money for rent or groceries. Especially since he's staying at the house for a few days or so.
"So you wanted to talk?" I asked as Jason stopped at a red light.
He nodded. "Yeah, I want to stay with you." He said, smiling at me.
"I don't know." I sighed. I did want to stay with him, don't get me wrong, but my mind wanders and I don't know what the fuck I really want. I could never get a tattoo because I'll want it one moment then hate it the next; that's how weirdly undecided my mind is.
"What don't you know? You still love me, right?" Jason asked.
"Yeah, but remember what happened last time? I don't want that to happen again."
"Fuck last time. This time is different. This time, it's your house. You can kick me out every fucking week if you want but I'll be back at your doorstep, Slim." Jason said, smiling at me. "I fucking love you and I sound like a little bitch right now because Jason doesn't love much but who cares."
I'd blush if I wasn't in public, so I'd rather just cover my face and smile like an idiot.
Jason pulled into the parking lot and shut the car off. He looked at me and smiled again. "You don't have to make your decision now, but think about it. I'll wait as long as you want."
I nodded and unlocked my door. Giving him a peck on the cheek, I hopped out the car and went inside the diner.
"You're not late for once, wow. What a surprise." Sophie said, laughing.
"Shut up, Sophie." I rolled my eyes and walked past her towards the counter.
"You don't talk to me like that!" Sophie whined. "I can get you fired!"
"And I can get you killed." A masculine voice said from behind us. I turned around from the counter and smiled at Jason standing over Sophie protectively.
"Who the fuck are you?" Sophie obnoxiously asked.
"I'm her boyfriend and the guy who can snap your fucking neck. Talk to her like that again and I'm going to fucking kill you." Jason snarled. Sophie, still not believing his word, stood her ground and laughed. "You threatening me?"
"It's not a threat, bitch, it's a promise." Jason said, lifting his shirt up a bit to show a slither of his gun that he had tucked in his waistband. Sophie caught a glimpse of it and backed down, walking away. "Whatever." She said, attempting to sound as if she wasn't scared. I could still see her shaking though.
Jason walked up to the counter and took a seat. He smiled at me and pulled a menu from my hands.
"Can you take my order?" He asked.
I shook my head and chuckled. "Um, well I have to get my apron from the back first and wash my hands." I said.
"Then hurry up, I'm waiting patiently for you babe." That time, I blushed.
Sorry this chapter sucked balls :/ I'll try to make this story more interesting, okay?
