"Yay!" I exclaimed. Mother looked at me a bit confused. So I just smiled and said, "Just what I wanted."
Finally, at about 1:00am, I went to sleep. I have to get up at 4:00am every morning to plant crops in the fields. Destiny is usually up at around 3:30am. But I can't get up that early.
I went in my room and blew out the candle. The creators have beautiful homes in the Domain. With lights and great technology. The only lights we have are on the streets; and they aren't very bright. I lay in my bed and looked out the window. Everything was peaceful here. But I hated it. I hated getting up early. I hated working all day in the hot sun. I hated everything about this place! But the Royal Leader (the man who is in charge of the Domain, and all the creators, experimenters, builders, and growers) says without all of us working, the Domain would fall apart.
I finally drifted to sleep. And then the announcement came.
