Scenario #1: You had always liked (Crush). But you had assumed they didn't really like you.
How wrong you were...
You didn't notice- but (Crush) is, quite literally, obsessed with you. They'd do just about anything for even a second of your time, and would grieve if you denied them.
But then they noticed (Second Crush) had been getting closer to you.
And that simply won't do.
Scenario #2: Scenario #1 but (OC) and (Crush) are swapped, and (Second Crush) is replaced with (Rival).
