"Hey the— ow!" Kuroo grumbled, stubbing his toe on one of the many suitcases packed around the room. "What's all this?" Kenma inquired, appearing behind Kuroo watching as Bokuto carried a handful of clothes and began stuffing it into different luggages. "Hey! Akaashi's visiting his parents while their in town for the time being. They kind of suck though." Bokuto shrugged, as he continued goofing off with his stuff. "It's not like they're the worst people in the world, they just have... issues. Plus, I don't really have a choice." Akaashi mumbled under his breath.
"Of course you have a choice! Stay with us insteaad—" Kuroo groaned, lightly shaking his shoulders side to side. However, Akaashi huffed, shaking his head. "I cant. If I don't go, they'll start probing me with tons of questions and doubting me. 'Why didn't you come visit us? Do you not care enough about us anymore??'. It sucks." He zipped up the last suitcase, looking at them, scattered around the room. "It's no big deal, but we're still going to visit you all the time whether you like it or not." Kenma grinned. "You need any help with these luggages?"
He nodded eagerly, as kenma started ordering them to pick it all up so they can bring it downstairs. "Your not going to carry anything?" Kuroo asked. "Can't, I have frail arms." He nonchalantly brushed off, before being dragged down by the weight of a heavy bag on his shoulders. "Cool, let's go!" Bokuto said, while kuroo and Akaashi giggled at the struggling kenma before helping him. "How could you bully me like that?! I'm breaking up with all of you." He exaggerated, whispering to himself while walking alongside kuroo. "Proudly so. It was also pretty funny, admit it!"
"I will NEVER."Kuroo let out another laugh, stopping him in his tracks to plant a gentle kiss on his forehead. "That make up for it?" He said, with a grin. A moment of silence passed, kenma eventually walking again.
"I guess I could think about it. I'm not so easy to persuade though.." He let out, yet just as he said that Bokuto stepped down the stairs and kissed his cheek. "How about that?" He said, a proud grin on his face as kenma's face got a bit red. "I wouldn't mind one more..?" He whined, noticing Akaashi making his way downstairs. Seeing him, Akaashi landed one last kiss on his lips, smiling. "Don't break up with us please."
His face turned a brighter shade of red, a quiet smile creeping up onto his face as they continued walking out of the dorms. "I guess I can forgive you guys— I won't be as lenient next time." He told them, obviously lying. They stuffed the van with akaashi's belongings, standing outside for a while and talking.
"Guys, I'm only like twenty minutes away— it's okay!" Akaashi told them, being barraged with questions.
"Great, so that means we could schedule some sort of cuddle time, right? You're good at that stuff!" Bokuto pointed at him, filled with intent. Akaashi could only silently nod as they set up plans and talks. "I'm excited about those, but it might be a bit hard. I haven't exactly — told them about us."
"Or that I'm gay."
"At all."Those sentences were something the boys had not expected. "Sorry— I always assumed they knew." Kenma apologized, and so did Kuroo. "Well, that's okay! You don't even need to tell them. We can just hang out in secret." He winked. He smiled and they all embraced, while Kuroo agreed to drive him. They we're all capable of driving, yet bokuto had volleyball practice, and kenma had to set up for an upcoming livestream.
Kuroo and Akaashi hopped into the car, and set off on their light adventure."Did you set the GPS on? Cool, thanks!"
...
"Let me use the Aux, kuroo.""Just let me finish this song—!"
"That's what you said last song ago!"
A couple minutes in, things were fine as Akaashi sat in the back reading, and Kuroo enjoyed the wind in his face whilst driving. "Dammit, traffic!" He groaned, stretching his arms. He looked back at Akaashi, who had also looked up from his book.
"Hello there gorgeous." He flirted, grinning.
Akaashi then shoved his head back into his book.
"Hey, don't just ignore me!" He groaned, hearing him snicker from the comfort of his book.
After a couple more minutes of banter and endless flirting attempts, a thought popped into Akaashi's head. "Hey Kuroo..?"
"Hmph?""Have you told your parents about us? What about the others—?"
He was a bit quiet for a little, mostly the sound of outside until he pulled the window up a bit.
"I've told my parents that I was gay, but we haven't exactly been in contact. I guess not.""At least not much contact with my dad." He scoffed.
