24) Outburst

Jazz POV

It has been a few days after I explained my theory to Simon and I spend my time outside of work, to gather more notes that confirms my theory. The sticky notes from the underground room. Old newspaper located either online or on the local library. But something has caught my attention beside this investigation. And that is Gregory. I have noticed that he isn't his normal happy self. He seems more down, sadden of something. I have asked the animatronics, especially Freddy, if they know what is wrong with Gregory, but sadly they didn't know. Gregory just become like that out of the blue. My first thought for a reason, is that he is going into the awkward state of a human life, but then I remember he is a robot and doesn't age, plus, being moody all of the sudden is a girl thing, unfortunate. So what is the reason behind Gregory sudden mood?

''Jaqueline, may I have a word?'' I blinked and looked away from one of the endoskeleton army, to look at Freddy.

''Sure bud.'' I answer with a small smile and put away my tool.

''Have you seen Gregory?'' Ask Freddy curious and with a worried tone. ''I haven't seen him all day and he usual check if we animatronics are in our recharge stations after a performance show.''

''That is weird. I know he loves to do that task.'' I agree to how weird that is. ''He has been acting weird these days and I know I have told you animatronics to leave him be, cause he might be going through a stage... But, now has it gone too long.''

''What do you suggest?'' Ask Freddy, clearly ready to help in any way he can, since he is like a big brother to Gregory... Hey, wait a minute. If Gregory is the crying child and is the youngest Afton kid, then maybe... ''Jaqueline?''

''Huh, what?'' I ask, getting pulled out of my thoughts.

''What do we do about Gregory?'' Ask Freddy, tilting his head a little. ''Are you even okay yourself?''

''Huh? I am fine big guy.'' I ensure him and turn back to the endoskeleton I was working on, making sure it is turned off like the rest. ''I will go look for him, so go back to your attraktion and make sure to bring lots of fun to the kids, okay. And if you see Gregory, then notify me, okay. I will inform the others to do the same.''

''Understood. I hope he is alright.'' Says Freddy and take his leave and I follow him. We take the Green Room elevator back up to the 'surface'. A lot of kids notice it and scream excited to see Freddy. I just easily sneak by them and go towards the main security office to try and find Gregory.

''Good afternoon, Jazz.'' Greet one of the security guard right as I enter the office.

''Hello. May I check the camera's real quick? I am looking for Gregory.'' I ask kindly to the guard.

''Sure.'' Says the guard polite and move aside so I can check the camera. Luckily, with the Fazwatch, can I easily search for Gregory, since the Fazwatch will automatically send a signal to the security log like the animatronics, when they are spottede by a camera.

''Alright, last log registered is in... Fazerblast.'' I mumble out loud and go to the security cameras to look around. He is not in the lobby, employees only hallway, entrance to the maze, nor in the maze or the winner lounge. ''Hmm, weird. The camera logs says he was last seen in the maze, but he is not in there or anywhere else where the cameras are.''

''That doesn't sounds good.'' Comment the security guard and I see he is getting himself ready for a search order. 

''Relax. I will go and take a look in the areas he can enter that doesn't have a camera. You can look at the cameras and inform me if you see him.'' I order to him and let him take back his seat. The security guard nodded and I exit the office.
