13) Lore?

Both me and Simon sits on the couch in the apartment, with Fizzyfaz soda and snack for this upcoming talk.

''Alright, begin talking.'' Says Simon and open his Monty FizzyFaz, while I open Roxy FizzyFaz.

''First of all. I am losing my home. And you can easily guess why.'' I started with a big sighed. Simon groaned too at the reason. ''So I will move here, as you thought off in case this would actually happen, which it does... Would you mind helping me get all of my stuff.''

''Of course. But how will you tell this to Gregory?'' Ask Simon curious, which makes me gulp.

''I don't know. And what I might say now, might make sense.'' I start and take a deep breath. ''I re-watched Freddy's security footage from that day, and some sentence are strange along with some footage. And all this is connected to the lore, that is Freddy Fazbear Entertainments darkest moment.''

''You mean the kid murdering?'' Ask Simon, seeming to know where I am going. I just nodded and take a potato chip.

''Before you ask, I deleted the footage for safety measure and downloaded into my precious flash drive. But I know you trust my every word.'' I inform him and show him my necklace with an USB on it. ''First thing I noticed is weird, is that Freddy says to Gregory this particular sentence. 'I feel you are broken'. Sounds weird, right? Another thing I spotted is at the beginning, where he suddenly collapse during a show. He tracked a security threat for a child. A child, which for some reason could speak easily to Freddy when he woke up, but then hesitate to say his name.''

''That is weird.'' Agree Simon, letting me continue.

''Why would Gregory hesitate to say his name?'' I ask, theorizing this and continue. ''I think that Gregory isn't, who he think he is. Maybe he has memory loss or something, but that isn't the only thing weird about him.''

''What can that be?'' Ask Simon, patiently waiting.

''When Gregory changed Freddy's eyes into Roxy's, was the sight shocking.'' I outburst, taking Simon by surprise. ''Instead of Gregory, was there an endoskeleton.''

''No way.'' Gasped Simon shocked at that. I just nodded.

''This means that my theory from studying this long unsolved mystery, is true. William Afton really managed to put remnants, souls, into animatronics.'' I concluded with a serious tone.

''And Gregory might be one of them?'' Ask Simon. I shook my head to that.

''I believe Gregory was an accident... More specifically, the bite of 83.'' I breath out, looking down and feel sadness bobbling up.

''You mean he was the victim? The one being put inside the original Freddy animatronics mouth, by his own brother?'' Ask Simon further, still shocked. I just nodded. ''So that mean, Gregory is...''

''William Afton's son. The youngest out of three kids.'' I say.

''Omg.'' Breath Simon and lean further back into the couch.

''And there is more.'' I inform him and take a deep breath. ''I saw the spirit again at Roxy Raceway. And it is someone you would never think of, that is still roaming around in the spirit world.''

''Who?'' Ask Simon, already prepared to hear the shocking news.

''One of the first victims. Who is related to you.'' I explain and give him a major hint.

''Chalotte Emily?'' Gasp Simon and stand up. I let him take a moment to take all this in.

''She was crying. And she was on the location, where the underground tunnel to the old Pizzaria is.'' I inform him, making him flinch.

''I thought I sealed it.'' Mumble Simon out loud.

''She was crying because she and the 'others' can't rest in peace, as long Afton is alive.'' I add, crossing my arms.

''He is still alive?'' Exclaim Simon shocked again. ''And there is more souls?''

''Yeah, and I believe I know why. In the paranomal investigation, can a spirit be in more places at the same time. They might have died another place, but they have been in a certain spot, that they either remember the best or there is some kind of energy that attract them there, where they will be looping through their memory of that place in an eternal loop.'' I explain, making circle motion and all to my explanation. ''Maybe these kids sense Afton's energy here and their inner anger towards him, has pulled them back from peace to finish their job with Afton and bring him back to hell, to where he belong.''

''Is it all of them?'' Ask Simon quickly. I shook my head and lift up six fingers. Simon sighed and mumble to himself. ''Why not?''

''We need to find a way to help them.'' I conclude, ready to take action.

''NO.'' Yell Simon and stop me. ''Not right now. First, we need to get this place up and running. It has too much bad rumors, so we need to fix that before helping the souls. I wanna help, but I am the owner and I want my business to function well, even with an accident.''

''Alright.'' I sighed out loud, but I get it. If our investigation turn into a building crumbling down and destroying the Pizza Plex, then with a good reputation, can we get enough donation for rebuilding and get back all our customers. ''But you can't keep me from suddenly meeting them and find new info.''

''True.'' Agree Simon, but then take my hands. ''But you can maybe upgrade our security and safety of the Pizza Plex.''

''Not a bad idea.'' I agree, alright thinking of ways to improve it. ''I can make harddrive for the animatronics, to protect them from being possessed, in case that Afton survived the third fire.''

''Good idea.'' Agree Simon of my plan and hand me the bowl of chips. After some moment of quite and snacks, do I remember something else I needed to tell him.

''Simon, do you remember the client complaints about noises in the vents? Turns out that it was the missing mini Music Man, that should be on display on Rockstar Row.'' I inform him.

''Where is it now?'' Ask Simon.

''Parts and Service. But it is completely smashed and can't be fixed, and I did that for a very good reason.'' Simon gives me a funny look, which I smirked at, then get back to being serious. ''Apparently, was it programmed to kill anyone in the vents, but a resent update, is to search for ways in and out of the Pizza Plex. Luckily it never found anything.''

''So maybe... Has Vanny programmed it to do does things... Or maybe Afton.'' Suggest Simon, which I shrugged to, cause I am not sure.

''I will update the security locks on every door to the Pizza Plex. And install more cameras with motion sensor, that can turn on the security monitors.'' I suggest back and write it down to better remember.

''Good idea.'' Agree Simon to it. After writing it down, do I stand up and get to work, but before I stop right at the door and look back to Simon.

''Let's not tell this to Gregory or the animatronics.'' I suggest. Simon give me a confused face and walk over to me.

''Why?'' Ask Simon, but I just avoid eye contact.

''We will inform them, but only after we find more info about this. Haste makes waste, as we say. Right?'' I say and open the door.

''Then what are you gonna tell the animatronics, when you are gonna upgrade them?'' Ask Simon with a good point.

''Uhm.'' I hummed as we walk towards the elevator. I take a moment to think for a cover story. When the elevator door closes, do I get an idea. ''I tell them it is a program for possible virus and hijacking.''

''Okay, even I will fall for that, if I didn't know the truth.'' Admit Simon and we both start laughing. When we reach a floor, do we go our separated ways. Simon to his office and me towards the main security office in the atrium.
