I was driving to the hospital as fast as I could, not caring that I was speeding. Michael had already lost a lot of blood. Adding the fact that he had a massive piece of glass sticking out of his arm. He was losing massive amounts of blood every second. I could tell that he would go unconscious soon.

I pulled up at the front door to the hospital and jumped out the door, not even bothering to shut off the engine. I ran inside, grabbing the first nurse I saw.

"Please help me. My friend got a giant piece of glass stuck in his arm and he's lost a lot of blood," I cried. She nodded, grabbing another nurse.

"Grab a stretcher and an IV and get a doctor here. STAT!"

I sighed, sinking to the floor. Michael had better be okay.

The doctor had just told me that they were rushing Michael to surgery, and there was a 10% chance the operation would save him. They also started him on blood, but they said it would be best to do something else.

It was called Passing or something like that. The way it worked was one person who's blood matched Michael's would sit next to him and they would run a needle from their arm to his, and it would help him regain his blood faster.

I asked what his blood type was, and cringed at what they said. O-. One of the rarest. Mine was AB+ so I was no help.

Maybe one of his family members had O-. I called them, and a second later called Luke and Ash.

I knew that they should all be here for Mikey. He was going to need all the strength he could get.

About 5 minutes later, Luke showed up, out of breath and without Gina.

"What the hell man? I know you don't like them together, but I know that Gina deserves to be here. For Michael," I yelled.

"I would have told her, but she's not answering my calls. You need to call her," he cried, curling up in a ball on the floor. I nodded, grabbing my phone. After 2 rings, she picked up.

"Hey Calum."

"Gina, you need to come to the hospital."

"What is it?"

"Michael."

"I'll be there in 5."

I sighed, putting my phone back in my pocket.

"Hey Luke? What's your blood type?"

"B-. Why?" he answered, looking at me strange.

"Because Calum needs someone with O- blood to help him live," I answered, slumping down next to Luke.

"Well I know his entire family is A+ or B+ but him, so they won't help much, and Ash is an A-."

I sighed. Figures. Our only hope now was Gina. Just then, the doors burst open. It was Gina.
