I was walking back and forth through the cafe in the hospital. I had promised Calum that is eat something but I couldn't take it. Ever since Luke and Sofia had gone to look for Gina, I had been freaking out. I knew that Gina was with Michael, donating her blood. I also knew that Luke would kill Michael. But there was nothing that I could do. Gina and Michael were destined for each other. Whether that meant forever or for now, I didn't know. But I did know that for now they would just keep coming back to each other. Over and over again.

"Hey Ash, I thought you were getting food," my best friend Jessica said, looping her arm through mine and gently guiding me to a seat in the cafe.

"I was going to, but I'm too stressed about Mikey an Gina," I sighed, feeling the hot tears run down my cheeks.

"I know Ash. It'll work out. I promise," she smiled, walking to the line.

"Jess," I whispered following her, "Why can't something just work out for me and my friends?  I mean, Luke could stop being a dick and let Gina and Michael date. And Michael could get healed so we could leave this damn place and if all that happened then maybe is have the guts to tell you just how special you are to me and how I hate it every time that you have a boy friend. Maybe then is be able to admit that I love you."  I clapped my hand over my mouth. What did I just say?  I've just ruined everything. "I-I'm sorry. I have to go," I whispered.

By the time I had stopped running, I was at the grave yard 10 blocks from the hospital. I picked through the graves until I got to the one that I wanted to be at.

"Piper, I need some serious help," I sobbed, curling up next to my sister's grave.

She had died last year when she was hit by a drunk driver. My poor sister. They rushed her to the hospital with fatal injuries. There was no way that she made it all the way to the hospital with out dying.

There isn't a day that I wouldn't give up my life for hers. I love her so much. I wish she hadn't died. I wish it was me. I wish I had walked out of that hospital with more than just a cast on my right arm. I wish she was here. She'd know exact ally what to do about Jessica. She'd tell me to man up and find her. But she'd have to drag me to get me to go there.

"Ashton," Jessica called, walking through the grave yard until she got to me.

"Jess," I whispered.

"Did you mean what you said?" she asked.

"Of course. Jess, I like you. As more than a friend. I have for a while."

"Good. So you won't mind if I do this."

And she kissed me, her arms threaded around my neck. Mine instantly rested on her hips, pulling her closer. She pushed me so that I was laying down. She sat on top of me, kissing me. As her hands started playing with the buttons on my shirt, I stopped her.

"What is it Ash?" she asked, catching her breath.

"Jess, I'm gonna take you home so we can not have sex on my sister's grave," I whispered.

She nodded, crawling off me and standing up. I followed suit.

"Home it is," she winked, grabbing my hand and pulling me towards the road.

The lucky thing was I lived a block away.

By the time we got home, I was just about ready to scream. I opened the door, pulling Jessica in. I push her against the wall, kissing down her neck hole I kicked the door shut with my foot. She tugged at my shirt, and I broke the kiss long enough to rip it off before I continued sucking on her neck.

"Ash," she whispered.
