Siax: " Pitiful Heartless, mindlessly collecting hearts. The rage of the Keyblade releases those hearts. They gather in darkness, masterless and free...until they weave together to make Kingdom Hearts. And when that time comes, we can truly, finally exist. "

Maya's P.O.V

" Roxas... Maxay... are you two really sure that you don't have a heart?" Axel asked us as we sat on top of the Twilight Town clock tower.

" I dunno. I can't... just look inside. But I figure.... if there is something in there... inside us---- that we'd feel it, wouldn't we?" Roxas pointed out.

He's right. How can we even tell? How do we even know what a heart is, when we never felt one before?

" True enough." Axel says handing us some Seal Salt Ice cream.

I smiled taking one. It's sweet yet salty.

My eyes saw nothing but darkness. I think it's because my eyes were closed that's I was seeing nothing. Fluttering my eyes open, I groan as I was greeted by a bright light. Adjusting my eyes, I notice I was in a giant hall decorated in all white. I have no idea where I am or who I even am.

Sitting up, a man in a black coat appeared before me. " You seek answers." He spoke in a deep almost raspy voice. I didn't know what to do but to just nod I think.

He waved his hand out and letters floated in front of me. M.A.Y.A.

" You feel nothing. Nothing is real." He said.

' Feel?' What even is feel?

" I can give you purpose."

The letters M.A.Y.A spins around me. The man held out his hand again as he placed an X in the middle of the letters. M.A.X.A.Y.

" Maxay?" I muttered wondering if that was my name, now?

" Man, I miss the old times. Still got it memorized? The day we met, when you two got your new names, the both of you and I sat right here, just like this, and watched the sun set." Axel said as we stare out into the orange, red, sky.

If only we could stay like this forever.....
