Christian had now been prisoner to Adelina and her hunters for almost a month now and wondered if his father was still searching for him. He hadn't had time to care about that so much. His thoughts had been on Adelina in the last month now since he had met her. He had fallen in love with her but the problem was that his father would never allow him to marry a common woman. Especially not a sorceress. He slowly walked around their haunt. His horse had been found and he had luckily gotten back his weapons since Adelina had declared him trustworthy a week ago. He made his way to Adelina's house tent and checked into the tent through the entrance where he saw her sharpening her sword. Her shirt didn't have sleeves so he saw her bare arms and noticed the silver tattoo of a dove on the inside of her wrist and another silver symbol just below her shoulder. He carefully knocked on the inside of the wall and Adelina turned to him and smiled. "Christian! Come in," she said kindly and Christian entered the house and walked over to her. "What is it something special you wanted to ask me?," she asked. Christian gently grabbed her hand and looked at the tattoo of a dove on the inner side of her wrist. "What's this?," he asked curiously. Adelina smiled weakly. "It's the mark of my family. All Light Sorceress are born with it. It becomes more silver when you're fully grown and becomes a full sorcerer as I am. I was 16 and it was the same night as the day I had become a full Light Sorceress my parents died. When your father's men attacked our secret home along with the homes of my father's followers," Christian looked at her sadly. "I'm sorry," he said sadly. Adelina shook her head. "It was a long time ago," she said, "I'm twenty now and I survived and kept on my father's legacy. To help the people in need and protect this world from The Dark Sorceresses and their dark magic," Christian gently stroked her hair and Adelina looked up at him and smiled weakly and nervously put her hand on the back and his neck and Christian put his arms around her waist before gently leaning towards and softly kissed her deeply on the lips and Adelina put her other hand around his neck and kissed him softly back. Adelina's friend Elizabeth Raine walked past her friend's tent when she noticed Adelina and Christian kissing and she smiled secretly. Surprised but happy for her friend. But she knew that Adam wouldn't be as amused as she was when he found out that Adelina had fallen in love with the Prince Of Chandara.

Adelina broke the kiss only to softly kiss Christian once more on the lips. Christian looked at her nervously and swallowed. Adelina smiled weakly but looked away. "This is a mistake. We shouldn't do this," she protested. Christian gently stroked her hair. "Adelina, I love you," he whispered softly. Adelina shook her head and pulled away from him. "No one can love me. And how can you love me after what I did to you? How can you love this broken girl who celebrated her birthday and then came back with a present she never wanted?," she said sadly, holding back her tears. Christian sighed and walked over to her and gently pulled her into his embrace. "Because I love you for who you are and not what you are," he explained and Adelina hugged him tightly back and started to cry. No one had ever looked at her before like Christian looks at her and it made her sadness come out and her happiness come out. Christian soothingly stroked her back and kissed the side of her forehead. "What about your father? He will never accept that you love me," she sobbed softly. Christian broke the hug to make her look at him. "I do not care of what my father will think," he explained, "I love you and I will do anything to be with you. I will give up my title for you and agree to be banished by my father if that's the price," Adelina smiled weakly and Christian kissed her once again deeply on the lips. "What will you do? Your father's men will found you eventually," she explained. Christian sighed and looked at her. "I will go to my father and tell him that I have met you and that I want to be with you no matter what the cost and then I will meet you at the secret entrance of your nest, okay?," Adelina nodded and leaned up to kiss him deeply on the lips. "Promise you come back to me," she whispered softly. "I will," Christian said and hugged her tightly before grabbing his weapons and left the tent. Adam entered the tent. "You're letting him go?!," he asked angrily, "Adelina, what about your revenge? We have no leverage against Henry now with the Prince leaving!," And Adelina turned towards him. "There's no use for revenge anymore!," she exclaimed, "If we kill Henry, then we're no better than him!," Adam looked at her shocked. "You love him," he said hurtingly. Adelina looked up at her friend with tears in her eyes. "Yes, I do love him... With all my heart," she said softly, tears running down her cheeks. "We will leave in a few days for our other nest. Christian will meet us there," she explained and Adam stormed out of her tent and Adelina sighed and laid down in her bed. She softly grabbed Christian's necklace with the Westrose symbol and she swallowed her tears before gently putting it on around her neck.

Meanwhile, Christian had set off against Westrose and hopefully, he would find Gwydion before he was forced to meet his angry father.
