"I'm coming!" I croaked out as I trudged towards the door. Who could be here at 9 in the morning? It's too early to be disturbing me.

I reached the door with annoyance radiating off of me in waves that I couldn't wait for the person on the other side of the door to feel it too. I unlocked the locks and twisted the knob to allow the bright sun to blind my burning eyes, but instead, I was greeted by a large build. A tall and slightly muscular build, well rather a chest. A white, t-shirt cladded chest and a charcoal black jean jacket.

"Good morning, sleepy head." The muscular, overly familiar voice greeted.

I didn't bother looking up at the person as my eyes locked with a pair of vibrant, chirpy, emerald green orbs. Yep, these two are gonna be the death of me.

I silently moved away from the door to allow the two survivors into my humble apartment.

Leaving the two to entertain themselves, I made my way to my bathroom to brush my teeth before I spit some acid on my sleep robbers who just happened to be none other than my beloved family.

A groan left my lips as I grabbed my tooth brush and applied some toothpaste onto it before letting it run through the water and starting the 3 minute tedious task of brushing my teeth. By the time I was rinsing my mouth, I felt more awake and less agitated so my guests were lucky they wouldn't be facing my foul mood after all.

I started back towards the kitchen only to be greeted by the sweet smell of breakfast as I spotted my lovely brother in law, Adam making some breakfast on the stove.

"No longer in a foul mood I presume?" The emerald green eyed woman, also known as Solana, amusedly smiled at me, but I only shrugged.

"No," I smiled." Good morning."

"So now it's a good morning." Adam chuckled as he turned around from the stove to raise an amused eyebrow at me, his chocolate brown eyes dancing with amusement.

"Leave me alone," I pouted as I plopped down onto a chair and watched Solana and Adam make breakfast together, like the cute couple and team they are. It's always a cute sight to see even though it always fills me with unwanted loneliness and maybe some insecurity at probably never finding the right person for me. As I was not as lucky as my sister. I don't know, but what I do know is, my sister deserves all the happiness she can get. She deserves it all because she's the kindest person I know and unlike me, she wears her heart at her sleeve.

The dull ache in my heart had me silently sighing and peeling my eyes away from the happy couple.

"I should go take a shower." I feigned in a chirpy tone as I jumped off of the leather bar stools.

"Breakfast is almost ready, just sit." Solana threw me a pointed look so I just raised my arms in surrender and sat back down.

"So why are you two here so early?" I asked as I pushed down the unwanted feelings I was harbouring and focused on the light atmosphere that came with those two sleep wreckers instead.

"Well, we're here to help you with moving as I told you last night." Solana shrugged as she leaned against the cold, black counter.

"Why so early?" I almost screeched.

"Because, the sooner we start, the better." She shrugged as she pushed herself away from the counter and turned to the toasting bread as the smell of burning bread filled my nostrils.

"You are aware I'm not completely moving there yet, right?" I raised a curious eyebrow.

"Still, the more we can move, the better. Especially because I might not be able to help next time." She cautiously said, her and Adam's eyes connecting for a brief second before they focused on the tasks they were tackling.
