Being a teenage girl is probably one of the most challenging phase of a woman's life.

But nothing can ever defeat the challenge of choosing your outfit for the day.

Y/N has been staring at the clothes neatly hanging and folded inside her cabinet and the ones laid out in her bed for almost an hour now, trying some of them an hour prior, deciding which one she should wear for a very important day.

A week ago, she was invited by a certain senior to watch their volleyball match.

She wants to look as presentable as she can but her wardrobe is making it difficult for her. She doesn't have that much of a bright colored item and it's been a while when she last shopped for new clothes.

Of course, she already thought of messaging Yuri for an advice but it will take them forever whenever her cousin gets to pick her outfit.

Black, grey, white, some blue shirts on the side, a white dress that she only wore once (courtesy of Yuri).

She rummaged deeper in her closet to see if there's anything more she can wear.

And after the nth time of shuffling and trying out to see if the clothes still fit, she finally settled on a color and clothes that she thinks will be appropriate for a sports event.

"That will do it... I guess..."

She took a deep breath and looked over the mirror one more time to fix her hair, make sure that her red hoodie that is stopping mid-thigh is smooth out, and her jeans have no stains or such, grabbing her bag and slinging it across her body before heading out of her room.

"Mom! I'll be going out now!"

She called out to her mom that's in the kitchen but a male voice responded instead.

"You don't have school today! Are you going out on a daㅡ OI!!!"

Before he can even finish, the door already slammed close after she slipped on her white and red sneakers.

"Mom! Did you see that attitude?! She got that from Yuri! And where is she even going? DON'T TELL ME SHE'S MEETING UP WITH HER BOYFRIEND?!!"

"Just let your sister be. She's already a teenager, after all."

Their mother just chuckled at him seeing how he was typing on his phone angrily, sending his little sister a message.

ㅡㅡㅡ

Y/N just sighed upon reading the text message from her brother and just chose to ignore by tucking her phone in the front pocket of her hoodie.

It is a weekend but the train is still a bit crowded so she was left standing and reaching up for one of the hand rails.

She noticed that most of them are around her age so she guessed that they might be going to the volleyball match as well, or maybe go out with their friends.

She haven't really went out on a weekend unless it is with her family or her cousin dragging her shopping with her.

Y/N would rather stay in her bedroom, read manga, or maybe watch some drama on the internet if she's not playing video games.

Sometimes, she also wish that she can go out with friends on a weekend. But what's better than that? It's being invited by the person you admire the most.

Sure. It may be a volleyball game and she can't really call what they have friendship because she only spoke to him like a couple of times. But how can she stop the rapid beating of her heart and the warmth creeping on her cheeks whenever she's reminded of their small interactions?

He called my name.

She can't help but smile to herself everytime.

But that small smile only lived for a moment when the train suddenly hit the brakes that she almost stumbled sideways when the man standing beside her did the same and bumping on her side.

Y/N was expecting another impact from another side but it didn't come. Instead, she found a hand on her shoulder and the other over her hand that's holding on the hand rail that stopped her from bumping the elderly on her other side.

"I'm sorryㅡ"

She turned to apologize and thank the person who just saved her from hurting another person but she was left staring at the man behind her with wide eyes.

The train operator's apology on the intercom faded on the background as she was left staring at the tall man standing behind her. His eyes are almost as big as hers before his lips turned to the usual smirk.

"You're coming to our game?"

She was finally brought back to life upon hearing his voice and she immediately straightend up, pulling her hand away from the hand rail that seems to be burning from his touch.

"Y-Yes."

She turned her head in front of her with a nod, to see that the train resumed on its tracks.

With her back on him, she didn't notice the smile forming on the second year's lips. Clearing his throat when the operator announced their next stop.

"I'll see you at the game, Y/N."

Kuroo's huge hand landed on top of her head before exiting the train.

Another announcement was made on the intercom for the next station but Y/N could care less about all the noise of the new group that entered the train.

No. She can't be bothered even though her stop to the gym is two stations away.

All she can hear right now is how her heart is trying to beat out of her chest, as she gripped on the strap of her bag with her face that she sure is the same color as her hoodie.
