we're flawed. we kill people, we hurt their feelings, judge them based on their appearance, skin colour, and sex. we tear apart our environment and force animals into extinction for money to buy things we don't need. i've always thought that we're pretty messed up creatures.
but even though the world sucks, there are still good people hidden behind the masks of the tainted and the flawed people walking among us. i was reading these stories about people giving up their lives for others, or even just helping a homeless man get a job. the little things that people do. i think it's incredible when you see people do good deeds. the fact that some people still have a heart in the world we live in.
reading stories about these kind-hearted people makes my day. these stories give me hope.
