Off to School

5 am
Alarm ringing
With heavy footsteps Sally got out of bed and went straight to the bathroom, washed and started going through her books.
6am
She got up from her desk changed into her uniform and got ready for school
Her mum came up to her room looked in, leaned on the door
Mum - Good morning honey! Breakfast is ready come down alright!
Sally (smiling) - Alright!
Mum - Good girl.
And then her mother left. Sally's smile didn't last long she was still thinking about what happened yesterday and her face turned into a frown, her teacher told them that their tests would begin the next day in the last minute.
Sally - Well whatever we have to do the test anyway.
After breakfast she went out and got on her bicycle
Sally - Bye mum. (Puts on her helmet as she was forced to by her mother )
Mum - Bye honey, good luck for the test and I love you!
Sally (looks back and smiles) waves her hand and whispers - I love you too.
Her friends had agreed to meet in the park at 7 before class started so she went there and met with them
Riley - Hey! Sally over here (waving her hand)
Sally rides towards them, gets off and keeps her bicycle aside
Sally - Hey y'all!
Josephine - Yo Sally, I bet you woke up early to revise for the test
Susan - Probably, she always does anyway.
Anne - What a nerd!
Sally - Hey hey watch your mouth! If I was a nerd I wouldn't have so many friends
Riley - Yeah she's not boringly studious.
Anne - I guess so but still, she studies way too much
Susan - Well, she is not lazy like you Anne
Anne (scoffs) - Says the one who doesn't even know the spelling of lazy!
Susan - Shut up!
Anne - You shut up!
Josephine - OK that's enough you two
Sally - Yeah stop it
Riley - Bunch of children
Anne and Susan roll their eyes and totaly ignore the three
Anne - Whatever Susan, don't go judging people who are better than you.
Susan - Same goes for you too.
Riley quickly changes the subject before Anne could respond
Riley - So what's up with your test preparation?
Sally - Very well done
Josephine - Good I guess
Susan - By good you mean you did not do anything, right?
Josephine - Really Susan can you please stop it, didn't you sleep well?
Anne - Yeah Susan is acting up really quick these days
Josephine - You have no right to say so Anne
Sally (checks her watch) - OMG you guys we're gonna be late for school!!!
Riley - Oh right!
The girls quickly hop onto their bikes and ride to their school
