Red's POV

"What's wrong?" Kit asks when she sees my face. I pick up the metal trident thing and look at it than her. "That's a fork. Have you never used one before?" Kit asks me. I shake my head, My mind drifting back to how I spent most of my life living in the woods with animals. "Okay, watch me." Kit says as she picks up her own... fork. She softly stabs the cake and eats the piece off her fork.

I slowly do as she did. Once I have some cake on my fork I sniff it and slowly put it in my mouth. It's good, it's fluffy and soft. I hum a little and a smile sneaks its way onto my face. "It's good right." Kit says as she eats more of her cake. I nod my head and eat more. I dance a little as I eat. After i finish my slice of cake i grab a bottle of water. "We have so much to teach you." Kit tells me.

After a while Kit and Mario get done eating. "You want to come with us?" Mario asks me. I shake my head and smile at them both. They smile at me and walk away. I eat a few strawberries. "Oh, Hi Red." Ritchie says as he walks in. I quickly look and stare at him. "Your fine, I was actually looking for you." Ritchie says.

"Me and my brother want to test your powers. So once he gets back we're going to test you." Ritchie says. "Don't worry to much about it, we're just going to have you use your powers at some dummies." Ritchie says as he gets a smile on his face. "Yes, some dummies named David, Mario, and Inmo." Ritchie says as he laughs a little. I try not to laugh as he continues to talk about the three boys being dummies for my powers.

"Anyway, I got to go make Inmos life hell, see you later kid." Ritchie says as he walks away. Okay... Maybe Ritchie isn't too bad. I sigh and shake my head as i walk out of the castle. I walk down the steps when someone speaks. "Your new." I jump at the voice and turn to look. There's a girl leaning up against the wall next to the stairs. She's smoking a cigarette.

"Your Red right?" She asks me. I just nod my head as I look at her. "I'm Lani, Animal Devil Slayer." She tells me. "Have you gotten a tour?" She asks. I shake my head no. "Okay, Follow me. I'll show you around. And do you really not talk?" She asks. I stare at her for a moment before shrugging and tilting my hand. "Let me guess, you just have to trust the person you talk to?" She asks. I nod my head and we begin to walk around.

We walk into a room with a few boards. "This is where you will get your missions. C, B, and A are all here. So you will get your missions from this board." Lani says as she points to the C class board. I make a noise of disagreement and I point to the A class board. "Ritchie gave you A rank?" She asks surprised. I nod my head. "Nice, Now come on, we got a lot more to see." Lani says as she walks out of the room. I quickly follow her.
