Drake and Nicki were at the studios now to make the first episode for the show. Of course Christians son James Parker was also there. Drake felt a little bit jealous because he didn't get to play the roll of marys (nickis character) boyfriend. And nicki felt the same way. This girl named Amanda who is going to play kate (drakes girlfriend), will kiss him.
James: Oh hello Onika, you look really great today.
Nicki: thank you and please call me nicki
James: But I think Onika suits you better.
Nicki: Okay then, call me Onika.
James: Good. Let us practice the first part. I'm River and you are Mary. You are madly in love with me and I don't like you and you try to do everything for me.
Mary (nicki): Please give me a chance, River. Please.
River (james): Stop it. I don't wanna see you anymore. Please stay away from me.
Damn, he is really great.
Mary (nicki ): Only one chance?
River (James): No mary. And now, go.
Mary (nicki): please river...
River (James): I said GO!!

Nicki: This was so good, you are really great at acting.

They carried on to practice while Drake and Amanda did the same.
Kate (amanda): I love you so much but you know that River has feelings for me and I can't just breake his heart like that.
Jake (drake): of course you can, just go to him and say that you aren't feeling the same way.
Kate (amanda): No I can't do that.
Jake (drake): why
Kate (amanda): Imagine a girl would come to you and say that she doesn't love or likes you, weren't you sad about the fact that she doesn't feel the same?
Jake (drake): yes...
Amanda: what? Drake this is the wrong line.
Drake: Uh yea, sorry I was thinking about someone. Could you please give me a minute?

He went over to nicki while she was still with James.
Drake: nic can I talk to you.
James: Don't you see it, we are practicing.
Drake: you can practice later too. Nick-
James: You can't talk to her
Drake: You aren't her mother. I think she can decides on her own if she wants to talk to me or not!
Nicki: Guys stop it! Drake we can talk later.
Drake: No nicki it's impor-
Nicki: Drake I said later.
She took James hand and went out of the room without looking at drake.
Amanda: Is everything okay?
Drake: No.

He waited by his car for nicki to come. The way she grabbed James hand and went out of the room just made him feel angry. Nicki came out with James. She gave him a quick kiss on the cheek and went to drake while saying goodbye to him.
Drake: first you are kissing me and now him?
Nicki: he's just a friend drake
Drake: Oh and what am I? Just a friend?
Nicki: What's going on with you? Why are you so upset? Talk to me
Drake: It's just...It's just nothing.
Nicki: You still wanna talk about that 'important' thing?
Drake: It's not that important
I just wanted to tell you how I feel.
Nicki: Okay then, what are you waiting for...let us go
They went into the car and he brought nicki home. He droppd her at her home and made his way to Ryan. He needs someone to talk.
Ryan: Wassup
Drake: Don't ask it's just getting worser.
Ryan: What do you mean?
Drake: Nicki and me. Last night our dinner was perfect. Everything was perfect. And now this boy named James comes between us and ruins everything. I wanted to tell her how I feel today then he came and said 'you can't talk to her'. Like what. You aren't her mother.
Ryan: damn drake, calm down. You have to tell her before it's too late.
Drake: I will

Nicki: I don't understand. First he wants to talk to me about something and then he says it wasn't important.
Nicki went straight into her room to call Jessi and talk to her. She's the only one who really understands her.
Jessi: Maybe it isn't really that important.
Nicki: Jessi, he almost got into a fight with James
Jessi: Wait what?? Who is James??
Nicki: He will play my boyfriend in this new show
Jessi: what show? I'm confused...
Nicki: Ugh, I forgot to tell you. Drake and me, we are going to play in a new love show and James will play my boyfriend.
Jessi: Why didn't you tell meeeee?!
Nicki: Because I was scared incase I get fired. Anyway I should maybe talk to drake
Jessi: yes you have to talk to him.

Later that day Nicki and Drake met at a basketball court. She was ready to tell him how she feels and he was also ready. This time there was no come back.
Drake&Nicki: I have to tell you something
Drake: You first.
Nicki: *sighs* Drake, I know this is not the perfect moment but I have to tell you something.
Say it nicki, let it go.
Nicki: I like you...more than just friends and I know you don't feel the same way. But we can still be friends if you want to
She looked down as she told him everything and you could tell she was really nervous. She waited for an answer like 'I don't wanna see you anymore' or 'I'm sorry nicki I like somebody else' but then he said something she didn't expect to hear.
Drake: I feel the same way
Nicki: What
Drake: I said I feel the same way
Nicki: So that means you like me?
Drake: No nicki, I love you.
He loves me.
Drake: And I wanted to ask you if you want to be my girlfriend?
