Chapter 13

The next day nicki woke up. It's the weekend that means no work no nothing just her, her phone, tv and her new boyfriend. She smiled. Just thinking about him made her blush. She still can't believe what happened last night. After he asked her they hugged each other for a longt time. Being happy and worrieng about nothing.
Her phone began to rang and she got a new message. She took and unlocked it to see a new message from Drake.

Good Morning beautiful. Hope you slept well -Drake♡

Good Morning to you too and yes I did -Nic❤

Well, I'm coming over in 20 minutes. Be ready. X -Drake♡

She stood up and made her way into the bathroom. After doing her morning rituals she went down to see her mother making breakfast.

Nicki: Morning

MamaC: Morning. I made breakfast if you want some

Nicki: No thanks. Drake has planned something. I'm just gonna take an apple

MamaC: Do you maybe have to tell me something?

Nicki: Uh yes, Drake asked me last night if I want to be his girlfriend and I said yes!

MamaC: Finally!

Nicki: What do you mean ¨Finally¨?

MamaC: I talked to his mother about You and Drake and She-

Nicki: You did what??

MamaC: I talked to hi-

Nicki: I know I know but why did you do that?

MamaC: Because you guys argued a lot and she thought that it would be great if you guys were together but now you are

Nicki: Yes, I gotta go. See you later

She gave her mother a kiss and went out of the house. Then she saw Drake waiting outside of his car. She made her way to him and just smiled.

Drake: How is my girlfriend today?

He gave her a kiss on the cheek and hugged her.

Nicki: Great thanks. How are you?

Drake: Now I'm better because you are with me

She just blushed and looked down

Drake: So, ready for a picnic?

Nicki: I love Picnics!

Drake: Oh really?

He opened the door for her and closed it until she was in. Then he went over to his side and made his way also in the car.

They drove for a long time til they were at the beach.

Nicki: A picnic at the beach? You surprise me everytime

Drake: And again, that's one of the things you love about me, right?

Nicki: Yeah

They sat down and started to eat. They laughed and talked about everything. Then Nicki got a message from Jessi.

Nicki: Oh my god!

Drake: What?

Nicki: Ryan and Jessi are getting married. He proposed last night!

Drake: And he didn't tell me?

Nicki: look!

She showed him a picture of Jessis Ring.

Drake: It looks really expensive

Nicki: Yes but it's so beautiful

Drake: When are they getting married?

Nicki: She says she wants to mary in 2 weeks but he wants to wait a bit. So, in 2 months I think. This is going to be the best wedding ever!

Wait until we are getting married, nicki

Drake and Nicki been at the beach the whole day. Actually no one was there, it was just them. They took some photos, made long walks along the sea and now were lying on the blanket, watching the sunset.

Nicki: This is so beautiful

Drake: Just like you

She blushed.

Nicki: Shall we go back?

Drake: If you want to

They put everything back into the bag and made their way to the car. Nicki was getting tired and her eyes slowly started to close.

Nicki: this is going to be a long ride...

She woke up in her bed. How did she even get here? She stood up and made her way into the bathrom then went downstairs.

MamaC: Good Morning, breakfast is ready

Nicki: Did drake brought me here?

MamaC: yes, I told him to bring you in your room. He's such a gentleman.

Nicki started to eat while her mother was telling her something. She didn't even pay attantion because she got a message from James.

Hey Onika, I wanted to ask you if you want to come over -James Parker

Sure -Onika

Good, I will send you the adress in a few minutes -James Parker

Nicki: Mum, I will go to James

MamaC: Who is James?

Nicki: He is one of the actors of the new show

MamaC: okay then have fun.
