Tony and Bruce walked in front of Rei, who walked a few steps behind. They had just stopped by a restroom so she was allowed to clean herself up. All she could do was change into the black shirt and gray sweatpants they gave her, and wash her face. Rei felt as if she could see clearer, her raven hair in a high ponytail. Her mind was also clearer, Rei's sharp eyes watched every room they passed. Rei was surveying everything, the walls, the windows, the cameras, the rights and lefts they had taken, and the people that passed her. She tried to soak it all in. Rei had tuned out Tony and Bruce, until she heard them speaking to her.

"You okay with that Rei?" Bruce had started walking backwards to speak to her.

"Uh yeah, of course." Rei wanted to make it seem like she was listening instead of thinking of weak spots she could go for.

Bruce looked at her curiously, "Are you sure? You've never been to one thrown by Tony."

She nodded more confidently, hoping they would stop questioning her.

Tony laugh had echoed the hall, "My parties are the best in New York, trust me Rei you'll love it. I'll have to ask Natasha to get you a dress."

Bruce had turned around as they continued to move forward towards the kitchen. Rei once again became lost inside her head. She had enjoyed parties as a kid, but hated it as she grew older. The dressing up part was the only thing she enjoyed, otherwise she felt like she was there as a show piece. Perhaps Rei could enjoy a party once more, it's likely it would be the last one she would ever attend. Rei then decided that, if she was going to stay at this tower for a few days, to make the most of it. After she left, she decided it would be best not to speak to the Avengers again. It would put her at less of a risk.

Rei again returned to reality, as the three of them reached the kitchen. Laughter and conversation flowed out of the kitchen from the people sitting at the counter. It was a narrower kitchen, with tan cabinets covering the wall. A two large fridges sat at the end of the kitchen, in the middle was a large counter with a dark counter top, chairs surrounding it. The main thing that caught Rei's eyes was the large windows that showed the surrounding skyscrapers.

Rei focused her eyes back to the people in the room. A redhead sat closest to the door, Rei knew her name was Natasha Romanoff from the files she found. A badass assassin that could take you down with her pinky. Rei also knew about Natasha's history, and the people she thought she took down. Next to her was Clint Barton, someone Rei also knew from the files. He was the one laying down in the room closest to Rei, and had a ice pack over his wound. Clint was a sharp shooter, and quite scary with a bow and arrow. Natasha and Clint chuckled at one another, speaking only to each other. These two alone were going to be a tough take down if Rei wanted to get out of here the hard way.

There was another man, long blond hair, Rei knew him as Thor. She wouldn't need the files she found to recognize him, she simply prayed to the spirits that he didn't recognize her. The God of Thunder laughed loudly at what the man across from him was saying. Thor had a aura of happiness, his smile far from fake. The other man had dirty blond hair, cooking something on the stove. He had a tight white shirt on, listening to what Thor was saying while trying not to burn the food. He was Steve Rogers, a large part of American history. Whatever they were speaking of, the two seemed close friends. Cute, was the first thing that came to Rei's mind when she saw Steve.

Bruce started pulling out plates as Tony sat down next to Thor. The room knew the three had walked in, and understood that topics with heavier information should not be spoken of. Rei stood awkwardly to the side, unsure what to do with herself. Natasha and Clint had scanned her from head to toe, understanding she was pretty clueless to what was happening. She was tiny and petite, but the two knew that they can't underestimate her. Steve had almost dropped the pancake he was making for himself when he saw Rei. It was clear that she was stunning, and didn't realize it herself. Natasha and Clint still saw her as a threat, while Steve and Thor was thinking the opposite.
