Rei wondered if it was possible for people's legs to fall off.

Clint was wondering when this torture would end.

Natasha was having the time of her life.

They have been shopping for what felt like years. Natasha took them to a really expensive mall, and was bouncing from store to store.

Rei thought she shopped a lot before until she met Natasha.

"Natasha, I think we must've gone past our budget. Didn't Tony say $500?" Rei said in somewhat of a pant.

Clint and Natasha looked at one another and laughed loudly. "No silly, $500,000. Tony said we can always use more if need be." Natasha said wiping a tear. Rei didn't realize how rich Tony was.

Rei stood a bit straighter, following Natasha into another store. Clint found a bench and collapsed out of exhaustion. Clint realized he wouldn't have to train today, this was enough cardio. They had bought a lot of different shirt and pants, and a few options of dresses for the party.

Rei didn't understand why they needed to buy so many clothes if she was leaving. Natasha insisted if she leaves, then she can be stylish while doing so.

Rei was surprised they let her out of the tower. Her surprise quickly was replaced with a small amount of fear. She was walking around with assassins that could murder her in a blink of an eye. Rei repeated a mantra to herself, "Don't piss anyone off." It seemed to be doing her well.

After spending years in the one shop, Natasha realized that they needed some food. She didn't need Clint passing out on her, she wouldn't know how she would to explain that to Steve. Clint and Rei gladly followed her to the food court, like kids in a candy shop.

While ordering their pizzas, Natasha surveyed the damage she did. She pulled out her phone to text Tony:

The large charge from the mall is gonna be from us. Sorry not sorry.

Tony looked at his phone at confusion and pulled up his bank account. Bruce stared at him, wondering why he was suddenly pale.

Clint, Natasha, and Rei sat at the table, feasting hungrily at the food in front of them. They spoke of random topics, most of it being get to know you questions. By the time the pizza boxes were finished, they were laughing at Clint who said he would hide in vents for fun. Rei thought it was funny, but also wanted to try it for herself.

On the way back, Clint drove while Natasha sat passenger side. Rei was squished with all the bags in the back. She could swear that a heel was stabbing her in the back.

Their day was more fun than Rei expected, other than being exhausted from walking. Clint and Natasha were more comfortable with her, it was clear in their body language. The two made Rei feel like she had known them for years, rather than a day.

They helped Rei get everything settled and organized in her closet. Thor had even joined, laughing at them while eating some pop tarts. They talked freely, no awkwardness and no tension. Rei enjoyed the feeling of their company.

Clint laid on the floor as Natasha sat next to Thor on Rei's bed. Rei was making final finishing touches on her closet, hearing the conversation between the three.

Rei suddenly heard Steve's voice, "Wow, I missed out on a party?"

Three of them chuckled at Steve, "No you should be glad you missed out on this, " Clint said openly.

"Lady Natasha has put Sir Clint and Lady Rei through much of a workout." Thor laughed at them.

Rei leaned against the closet door frame, "I hope I never have to do something like that ever again."
