Ivy's POV

"Why so quiet?" Miles said as he drove. I stayed silent and looked out the window. I didn't like the Ivy I was with Miles. I was just different in a way. Miles stopped the car om the middle of nowhere. This is it. This is where I'm going to die. "What is here?" "You'll see." Miles got out of the car and I followed. There was a lake with what looked like a camp site. "Whats this?" "It is a kind of hangout," Miles said. "Only I know it is here." "I now I know," I finished. "Yep." Miles put his hands in his pockets. "For?" I snapped remembering us arguing. "Relax, I don't like you." It is an annual firework festival tonight. For some reason his words hit me in a way it shouldn't. "It will start," Miles checked his watch, "In a few minutes." "Why did you pick me up?" "Because you were ignoring me." "Is that it?" I replied. "God anymore questions?" I rolled my eyes. With Miles, I guess I was a sassy sarcastic person. Miles pulled out 2 lawn chairs from the tent which was full of things. The fireworks were beautiful and Miles was right, we had the best view over the hidden body of water. As Miles drove me home after a stop at a fast food restaurant, we started talking about school. "You know... I could drive you." "Why?" I didn't see the reason why he would get up so early to do something he didn't have to do. "I have a car too you know, so we can take that." "Mhm." My head was spinning from all the reasons of tonight. Miles dropped me off saying goodnight and all I could think of was how good he looked, without me controlling the thought to came in my head.
