Miles brought me outside after a few "heys" and "what ups" from other guys in the bar. Why was he even showing me this? I don't even know him. "Well, this is it." Miles said doing a dramatic turn around with his drink in his hand. There was behind him, obviously a motorcycle. It looked kind of beaten up and rusted, but still badass. "Nice." I replied, not knowing anything about motorcycles. "Its a Harvey. I bought it from a auction. Its worth a bit of money," Miles said as if though he had read my mind. I shook my head. "I bet it is." "So, tell me about you,"Miles asked. "Well, I'm in school and..." Miles laughs. "Wait. You still go to school?" "Yeah..." "I dropped out a while ago." Miles said. "Oh." I felt embarrased all of a sudden. "Anyway, Miles said for
me to carry on. "Oh, I wanna be a author and yeah." "So your a bookworm?" "Yeah." Miles smiles and takes a sip from his water. "You know, not everything you plan out happens," Miles said raising an eyebrow as his lips were in his cup. "I know, but its okay to dream right?" I replied. After talking for a while and realizing it was 1:30, we both said our goodbyes and went where we had to be. I tried to collect my thoughts into why Miles came up to me. Maybe I looked lonely? Maybe because he was trying to pick me up? i barely even knew him. As I was going home with all these ideas in my head, Dad texted me saying he went to the bar. "Figures." I said underneath my breath. I got home and made something to eat and went to bed, forgetting all of the endless questions I had about Miles.
