Evolution (Part 2)

As I watched this dark me just smile I could tell something was wrong but I couldn't tell what but the answer would soon be made clear. "Lets do this" I said as I rush at myself pulling my fist back for a punch which it takes only for me to notice he hadn't moved but instead smiled. "Pitiful and your me don't make me laugh" Dark [Fn] said as a shockwave pushed me away as he rushed me and hits me in the gut with a punch sending me flying but he soon rushed over to me and slammed me to the ground with even more strength.

"You have had years to improve and this is all you have I actually thought you could beat me but it doesn't matter now since I am going to win" Dark [Fn] told me as I stand up and look at him as I hold my hand up at him. "Dark magic: endless void" I say but nothing happens as I try again but still nothing as I noticed the dark version of me smile as he held his hand up. "Dark magic: endless void" Dark [Fn] said as I was soon surrounded by darkness followed by countless attacks before the spell ends and I fall to the ground.

"You don't get it do you I'm your darkness meaning I have the dark magic not you" Dark [Fn] said as I couldn't move because of the beating I had taken as I now see the gap between me and him was just like that time with Ares. As I lay on the ground in pain I notice the dark me begin to walk away as a tear falls from my face as the memories of my friends, my people and all the people who look to me for hope as those fade I struggle to stand but mange to get back to my feet. "This fight isn't over yet" I say as the dark me just looks at me and smiles as his dark magic erupts with the pressure being heavy as I close my eyes and think off the people in my life.

As step forward surprising my dark side the holy magic I consumed from Ares erupts from me as my right is completely covered in pure white magic as the dark magic collects to my left arm covering it. "Go on kid make us whole" Dark [Fn] sayd as I open my eyes but instead of punching him I simply shake his hand which surprised him as I smile. "Lets become whole as friends" I say with a smile on my face as my dark side soon smiled as well as he became see through merged with my body and finally becoming one.

Outside of [Fn]'s mind:

I start to open my eyes and notice I was in my room before sitting up and look round before getting up as a wet towel fell from my head as I hear my bedroom door open and see Sherry with a bucket of water as she let it fall as she ran over and hugged me tight. "Your awake" Sherry said as I place a hand on her head and smile before noticing the bandages on her hands and hold them. "Is this because of me" I asked as hold her hands gently as to not cause her pain as she laughs it off.

"Oh these no actually burned them cooking some food" Sherry said as I could tell it was a lie before taking hold of her hands. "Holy magic: healing light" I say as my hands glow a bright, warm light before the light fades and I start removing the badages as Sherry soon sees her hands had no burns. "How did you do that" Sherry asked as I smile at her before letting go of her hands.

"I have had an evolution" I tell her as I hear my stomach growl causing me to blush. "I guess I'm a little hungry how about we get something together" I say before I pick her up and we fly through the night sky as the cool breeze blew against us and soon I notice small town and take us down. "Hold on" I tell her as I set her down and place some contact lenses on changing my eye colour from red to blue.

"What are those for" Sherry asked as I look at her and show her my eyes but she was still confused. "It's just a precaution as not all humans accept monster I should know" I tell her as we walk into the street filled with humans as we walk over to a food stand to see grilled pork on a stick as I buy 2 and hand one to Sherry. "Are you not a vampire don't you need blood" Sherry whispers so no one could hear her as I swallow a piece of pork.

"That is actually where people are mistaken vampires don't need to drink blood it mainly like pleasure to us so we can get by on human food but unfortunately most vampires get hooked on it like humans on drugs" I tell her as we giggle and just talk for hours and just have a good time. "Tonight has been fun" Sherry said as we walked through the town as I see a woman being chased by police for some reason as me and Sherry chase after them. We managed to catch up to them in a alley as the woman looked terrified causing me to jump in and knock the police out as I walk over to her.

"Please don't hurt me" she said as I kneel in front of her while placing a hand on her shoulder. "It's ok we won't please tells what happened" I asked as she seemed a little unsure of me but tells us. "A man came from the holy church and made this town worse for us monsters so we have to hide just to survive" she said as I stand up and look at Sherry as I knew I couldn't just leave this town as it was with monsters in constant danger.
