10."still not a princess?"

Evangeline POV

"what the fuck?" both Xander and Xavier say at once i enter the house after killing the men at the gate 

"just the person i wanted to see, but you do not look like a princess should" someone said and i threw the knife in my hand backwards without looking back and by the sound of grunt

i hit the right target 

"still not a princess?" i ask darkly 

"enough of this shit" i say and i start to fight the men 

my people helped good 

after all of the men are unconscious , not yet dead

i look at jack and say "jack, take them to the warehouse, i need to know who they are and why they attacked by tomorrow" i order and went to my 'family' who looks at me shocked 

"you ok?" i ask while untying Angelo and seeing a cut on his hand mad  me guilty 

only if i was here  fast this would not happen 

"hey its fine berry, just a small cut, you on the other hand need medication for that stab on your shoulder" he said taking me to the kitchen and getting the first aid kit to clean my wounds 

"how?" Massimo asked who i just noticed was untied with everyone else 

"ask what ever you have, i will try to answer them with truth" i sigh as Angelo starts to clean my wound as the family takes seat at the table 

"what just happened?" asked Callum 

"you got attacked by god knows who and i saved your ass" i say 

"what i mean was how do you know how to fight?" Massimo asked 

before i could reply Isabella started to speak "shut up, my daughter is hurt and you ask how she knows to fight? all of you no phones for a week, now, Eva how bad is it hurting?" 

i stared at this women how can she care for someone so deeply in such short time 

"i am fine" i say to her 

"nonsense, it was my bad asking you in the first place, no doing any work till the wound heals, no working ,no driving, no cooking or anything related to moving that shoulder of yours and your brothers better help you" she said glaring at the boys  

Alexzander nodded while Austin, Callum, Xavier smiled and Xander and Greyson look at me trying to figure something 

well good luck with that as no one could read what i feel from my eyes

"we are moving, others know where our house is they might attack again, pack your bags everyone" Massimo said breaking our staring contest 

"do you have a new place already?" Isabella asked and he shook his head 

"i will sort it out while you guys pack" he said 

"no need, we can go to my mansion, its only 15 minutes drive and its lot more safe" i say 

"once we are done settling in i promise you will get your answers but for now lets go please" Angelo said and i just look at him with a raised eyebrow

"please berry" he said and i sighed he knows damn well that i wont tell him no 

"fine, just pack your bags and wait in the garage with your cars i will be there too then we can go" i groan

"ok so we are here and at no cost are you going to scare the guest i have" i say and nod at the gaurd to open the gate 

"let them in they are my family" i say only then did i realize what i did 

i called them my family without any hesitation 

Angelo looked at me with a smile where as others looked happy except xander who was glaring at nothing 

seriously what the hell is his problem?

as we all parked our cars we took our luggage and went to the door 

i ringed the door bell and wait as Xander spoke up "why ring the bell? isn't it your mansion? or were you trying to show off" 

"son, please, why..." Isabella was cut off when gorge opened the door 

"oh hey Eva, didn't expect to see you soon, oh we have gusts i see, come in" gorge said as e walked in to the living room 

"where is she?" Angelo asked and others looked at him confused 

"she is sleeping, better not disturb her..." gorge was cut off by Angelo who said 

"i am sleeping with her, goodnight" and ran upstairs 

"wait! you wont be sleeping with any girl, you..." "relax Massimo, she is just 5 years, no sex involved, just sleeping like cuddling" i say which put him at ease 

"gorge show them the rooms on the first floor they will be staying here, you all go to sleep it has been a long night and you must be tired, we will talk in the morning at breakfast" i say and went to check on Angelo and Eva 

once i see them happily cuddled together i switch off the light and on the nightlight and cover them with blanked 

then i quietly kissed their forehead and left for my room 

today has been a long day
