Ingredients
1 Leek leaf cut up into tiny pieces
1 large Carrot peeled and sliced into tiny little bits.
2 slices of Ham cut up into tiny pieces
1 Potato cut up into tiny pieces
Boil the carrots and potato till soft. Then steam the Leeks till soft as well. (A good way to save time is to steam the leaks while the carrots and potatoes are boiling? Cook the ham slices till the juices look like they're dripping off. Then mix it all together. Put the filling into the dumplings wrappers make sure to crimp it very tightly. And then steam it. You can also serve it with rice and some sort of leafy greens and you have a whole meal
Fun fact: I made this whole thing in my microwave because my stove still hasn't been fixed. I even made the rice in the microwave. I'm saving all my put back recipes that I made on a stove till I absolutely have to use them.
