Ingredients
1 head bok choy
1 carrot
2-3 sprigs cilantro
1 cup mushrooms
1 inch fresh ginger
3-4 cloves garlic
2 lemons
4 cups of Water
Instructions
Cut the carrots into thin squares. Cut the book choy into spaghetti noodle pieces Cut the mushrooms into small pieces Slice the ginger into thin circular pieces Cut the garlic into small pieces Cut the lemons in halfBring the water to a boil Then squirt the lemon juice into the potBoil for 10 minutes add in the carrots, mushroom, ginger, garlic, cilantro and bok choy. Boil for 1 - 2 hours. And then serve.
