Dumpling Filling #2

Ingredients 

20 Spinach leaves

2 Carrots peeled sliced into tiny pieces 

1 Potato peeled and sliced into tiny pieces 

Blanch the spinach for thirty seconds and then sit it in a container of ice water to stop the cooking. Steam the potatoes till soft and then steam the spinach and carrots for 2 1/2 minutes. Then mix it all together. Fill up the dumpling wrappers. Crimp them tightly and then steam them.


Made this in my microwave to because for some reason we can't get the damn stove fixed. I'm going to be surviving off of microwave dumplings, rice, and some sort of vegetables for the rest of my life at this rate.
