DOMINIQUE
I woke up to Harper's text about her going to Starbucks. I just laid in my bed, not feeling like moving. I could smell my mother's breakfast, but I was not really hungry. As my mind wondered I could not believe that Noah just disappeared on me like that. I thought we were stronger than anything, but I guess I was wrong."Mo come down to the living room." my mother called me.
"Okay, hold on." I shouted.
I dragged myself out of bed, went to the bathroom, washed my face, and brush my teeth. When I made it to the living room my heart started pounding when I spotted Noah sitting on the couch.
"Morning, what's going on?" I asked trying to control my temper as it began to boil under my skin.
"Morning pumpkin." my dad greeted me.
"Look have a seat please." my mother said and I did as I was told.
"Well Noah has been coming to our jobs, and begging for our forgiveness. Explaining that nothing happened that day with you guys." My dad informed me.
"Well your father and I understand you guys are young, so were we at one point. Just make sure the sneaking into the house doesn't happen again. We're gonna give you guys some time to talk and just respect the house please." she demanded.
"No problem Ms. James." Noah expressed.
My parents left the living room and went upstairs. I was just sitting there with Noah alone and speechless. Noah moved closer to me, and took my hand to hold.
"Look Mo, I need to get this off my chest, and I need you to just listen. I wanna start off by saying that I am so sorry. I know it's no excuse for my actions, but I was just scared. I want you to know that you are my world, and without you I am incomplete. I believe we can make this work. We can raise our baby together." he expressed as he began to tear a little.
As he was speaking I felt the tears fall down my face. After he finished, he tried to wipe them, but I moved away.
"Don't touch me!" I spat as the sadness quickly turned into rage.
"Baby I know you're mad, but I am willing to do whatever it takes to make it up to you." he pleaded.
"Get out!" I said firmly as I stood to my feet.
"But baby, I'm here now I lov..."
"Get out before I get my father to throw you out." I spat once more with venom.
Noah rose to his feet, and headed towards the door, I followed right behind him. When he passed the threshold he turned around before I could close it.
"Look when you get off that high anger, I would like to discuss plans for our baby." he protested.
"Noah...there is no more baby." I expressed closing the door quickly after.
