It was 11:00 p.m. and the club was jumping, I was walking around making sure everything was good. There were beautiful women everywhere. I felt a small warm hand take mine and heard a Spanish accent whisper in my ear. "Dance with me." I turned around to see a sexy lady. I did not even bother asking her name, just let her lead me to the dance floor.

Before we could reach the floor, we were stopped by one of the male waiters.
"Boss needs you in VIP 5. " he informed me and I nodded to assure him.
"Save me a dance okay." I whispered in her ear making her giggle.
When I entered, I seen my crew and some familiar faces. Tia was right next to my uncle Rodney. She was wearing a burgundy knee high dress and her hair was in a tight neat bun.

Even though I had not really seen or heard her since that night at my apartment. I wanted to do some nasty things to her right now. When she spotted me her face looked like she saw a ghost and quickly looked away. I did not let that bother me, just made my way through the people to my uncle.
"What's good Unc?" I said getting my uncle's attention.
"Heyyy there he is." he stated loudly with a Cuban in his mouth and a glass of champagne in his hand. He pulled me in for a tight hug, I figured he was a little tipsy and should keep an eye on him. "Attention everyone!" he announced silencing the little chatter going on.
Uncle Rodney had everyone's attention, he put the cigar and glass down. He was smiling from ear to ear, then put his arms around Tia and I.
"Well I want to thank my dynamic duo they have been putting in that work. So promotions are in order." he said looking at Tia and I. "So Tia I'm going to make you Manager and Donnie you'll be Assistant Manager for this club." he expressed then his face turned serious and raise his glass. "Lastly, we are making...no we are writing our own history let's keep making this numbers. Now go enjoy the night great work everyone." he announced taking sip of his glass.
There was a small applaud and the people began to evacuate. My uncle put his arm around my shoulder once more and led me to the window. I wanted to catch Tia but she followed the crowd out.
"Proud of you Nephew, you're becoming a man." he stated.
"Thanks Unc." I replied.
After a brief talk with my uncle, I went to go look for Tia. Why she was being so distance? I thought to myself. I spotted her at the bar and swiftly made my way to her.
"What's Good?" I greeted getting her attention.
"Oh hey...Donnie I bee..."
"Sorry baby I'm late."a tall dark skin man cut her off. He hugged her from behind and gave her a kiss. "Sweetheart who's your friend?" he questioned turning his attention towards me reaching out his hand.
"Donnie." I greeted quickly and shaking his hand.
"Sean nice to meet ya." he expressed.
"Yeah, bartender let get the fresh bottle of Jack Daniels and keep the change." I said taking three 100 dollar and placing them on the counter. "Tia congratulation on your promotion. You guys have a nice night." I stated taking the bottle off the counter and headed to the door.
I was blocked by the Spanish lady from earlier.
"Papi where's my dance?" she asked with a smile revealing her dimples.
"Let's of get out here instead." I suggested taking a swig of the Jack.
"Okay." she answered.
"Iight we off this." I expressed.

"Da-da Dada!" King screamed while he jumped up and down on my leg.
"No I'm Auntie." I said.
"Tee..Tee...Tee-Tee!" he said giggling.
"Yes Tee-Tee." I replied excitedly.
I was at Jennifer's house babysitting while she worked a late shift. Her grandma caught a bad cold and was at the hospital. It was just me and King turning up. He had the cutest smile and laugh. We played games and was singing songs, he's a really smart baby. I fed him and drew him a warm bath, after all of that King fell right to sleep.
On the other hand, Sean has been all I could think about ever since our late night session a couple nights ago. I had a strong urge to text him but my fingers would not allow me. The thought of his voice was making me moist and my mind began to fantasize. My thoughts were interrupted when I heard the door and Jennifer entered the living room. She was holding two pizza from Papa John's.
"Hey girl." she greeted me placing the pizza the table and taking a seat right next to me.
"Hey, King was amazing he's sleeping now." I said as she took off her shoe. "How was work?" I asked with a smile.
"Tiring, they working my last nerve." she expressed rolling her fingers through her hair and I noticed something sparkle and quickly grab her hand.
"Bitch since when?" I demanded realizing the ring on her finger, she could not help but smile.
"Yeah, my baby father wants to take us to the next level, he asked not to long ago." she informed me.
"Congratulations!" I expressed giving her a hug. "Do he have a brother?" I asked jokingly.
"Nah he's a only child." she said laughing.
"When am I gonna meet this mystery man?" I questioned.
"Soon, we have some things we have to work together before anything." she said taking pizza out the box. "You def see him at the engagement party. " she added.
"Okay" I said.
"It's pretty late you can spend the night" she suggested.
"Iight" I agreed.
