After this incident, Jay tried to light up his son's mood. Jake was still kind of gloomy and anxious which stressed Heeseung out.

-" Jake do you want to come with me and feed the ducks near the lake ? "

Jake shook his head, he wanted to cuddle all day long with both of his daddies and eat sweets and chocolate ... nothing more.

-" You should have told them earlier Jongseong ! They've totally frightened him. "

-" Listen Heeseung. You know what kind of relationship I have with my parents. I did not want them around him ever again ! If my mom ever came back here when I'm not around call Yeonjun or Taehyun to throw her out. "

Heeseung nodded and remained silent. He went to the kitchen and let father and son together.

Jake began to be whiny and he was feeling uneasy and uncomfortable in every position he was. Jay tried to sooth him a little, he could feel that Jake could throw a tantrum anytime soon.

Suddenly the doorbell rang, this time it was way louder than previously for Jake and the tantrum was thrown. Jake was sobbing uncontrollably and he was fighting the tight grib that Jay had on him to prevent any form of injuries he could make to himself.

Heeseung ran to the door and opened it ... when he saw those innocent smiles, he had a murder desire at this exact moment.

-" Where is my nephew ?! I want to see him ! "

-" He had a bad morning ... if Jay suceeded into soothing him, he will be quite grumpy "

-" I don't care ! I want to see him, we bought him so many gifts. "

In the background, Jay was walking in circle. Wandering around the big table with a shaken up Jake who stoped crying as soon as his doggie Layla was back in his arms.

-" Look he stopped crying ! Can we please at least greet him for few minutes. "

Heeseung sighed, his husband's bestfriends were quite intrusive but he liked them. They were amazing friends to him and Jay and amazing co-workers too.

The smaller one, named Sunoo rush to the little boy right after Heeseung agreed on letting them enter. Nevertheless, he made sure to not scare him but Kim Sunoo was great with kids and of course he was going to create a strong bond with the little child.

Park Sunghoon, on the other hand, wasn't a big fond of kids but Jake was his nephew and he already loves him so much.

He was the one buying multiple clothes such as dinosaur disguise or cute shirts and pants. Him and Sunoo never talked about having kkds together and he was sure he didn't want one at the moment but it wouldn't last long. Sunoo would soon want a little toddler to baby like Heeseung and Jay were doing with Jake.

-" Oh my God ! He's so cute ! Hello Jake, I'm your 'Noo
uncle ! "

-" Noo ... "

Jay was now sulking. Jake had spoke to Sunoo the first time he saw him but he still didn't say a word to him.

Sunoo was squealing like a teen meeting their favorite artist while Jake put his two chubby hands on Sunoo's cheeks finding them quite intriguing.

But soon Sunghoon catch little Jake's attention. He was so tall, he never saw someone that tall before. Sunghoon tried to smile a little but it wasn't really convincing.

-" Look Jake ! We bought you presents, we don't really know what you like so we took plushies, toys, clothes, books. "

-" You didn't buy all these things, right ?! "

-" Sunoo did. I only bought the books and some clothes. "

-" Heeseung hyung taste in clothes are questionable and you'll dress him like an adult. I just make sure that you would dress him like a 3 years old. "

-" Shut up Sunoo. Look how he is dress. I literally put him a dino shirt and a pair of short ... it's not that bad. "

Sunoo hummed, it could be better but he had to acknowledge that it wasn't bad. Jake was happily unwrapping his presents, happy sounds were escaping each time he saw what was inside. He really liked his new books and couldn't wait for Jay to read him one tonight.

He also got new dolls from the same collection that he had in his room, he ran fastly to his room to grab his dolls while the 4 adults watched him closely.

Sunoo and Sunghoon sat down at the big table while Heeseung served them drinks. Jake, him, went back in the livingroom and showed Sunoo all his dolls. He didn't talk though, he silently showed them to the adult.

Sunoo made faces that amused Jake a lot. His fake shocking face made the little kid feel really comfortable because it just feel like he had a friend of his age when Sunoo was, in fact, 20 years older than him.

-" I saw your dad at the office. He yelled in every corner that if he knew he would have disown you. "

-" I'll put him in a retirement house. That bastard needs to know how to give respect to his peers. "

Sunghoon didn't know if he should laugh along with Jay or not. He hated this old man as much as his bestfriend. He kept on yelling on his employees and make his son's life a living hell but Sunghoon and Jay couldn't left their work. For Jay, the reason was pretty obvious but for Sunghoon it was becausr his own father was a close friend of Jay's one.

If Sunghoon dared to left it would be seemed as a betrayal and he didn't want to see his father suffered financially from his dumb mistake.

-" Sunoo seemed to really like Jake. "

-" He's always like that with kids. "

-" Maybe he wants to be a father too. "

Sunghoon choked on his drink. He knew that, Sunoo never hides his desire to have kids but he didn't think that other people would notice that.

-" I'm not ready yet. "

Jay nodded, it was understandable after all. Not everyone were ready to have kids at such a young age. They continued to talk a bit and time slowly passed by.

After playing for more than an hour, Sunoo came back smiling to the table. He clearly had an idea in mind.

-" Heeseung hyung, Jay hyung ! Do you mind if I take Jake to the nearby ice cream shop to get him an ice cream ? "

Heeseung shook his head, why not ? If Sunoo was willing to give his baby an ice cream, he has the right to. However Sunghoon didn't really trust his boyfriend alone in the streets with a 3 years old.

Sunoo could be a kid himself sometimes.
