My eyes flew open due to an extremely loud crash from outside.

“Where am I?” I whispered to myself. My eyes glanced around nervously until I remembered my room, that Ed must have carried me to last night. My last memory was laying on the couch with Ed, my head in his laps, his fingers brushing my hair out of my face, then I guess I just fell asleep, because the next thing I know is that I woke up in my bed.

I jumped out of my bed to see what was outside that made the abrupt sound that woke me. My fingertips gripped the window seal as I squinted out into the dark. To my surprise I saw sheets of rain falling into the beautiful water. I heard the loud crash again, as it thundered in the sky. The sound of the thunder made my whole body shiver.

It used to rain like this all the time back where I grew up, and when it did, I seemed to only have the memoires of my dad beating me. This made me frightened of thunder, frightened because I knew my dad would hurt me.

I heard the thunder again, I jumped from the window seal, and ran out of my room and across the hall into Ed’s room. He was sound asleep, unaware of the storm outside. I shut the door quietly behind me and tip-toed over to his bed. I lifted the covers up and he stirred a bit but I crawled into the bed next to him. He slowly woke up as I got closer to him and wrapped his arm around my waist, without asking any questions. The loud thundered roared again, my body shook in Ed’s arms.

“Shh don’t worry love, he can’t get hurt you anymore, I got you.” He whispered into my ear before drifting off to sleep.

“Hadley wake up.” Ed whispered into my ear, making my eyes flutter open. “Harry made breakfast.” Ed said pushing the hair out of my face.

“I forgot to tell you it sometimes rains at night, I’m sorry.” He said, I felt his weight on the side on the bed leave as he got up.

“I’ll be down in a second.” I said sitting up in Ed’s bed. I pushed my long brown hair back and tied it in a pony tail.

I went into the bathroom to brush my teeth. Once I looked in the mirror I saw the black smudged makeup underneath my eyes from me forgetting to wash it off last night. I scrubbed the makeup and sleep off of my face before brushing my teeth. Once I had finished cleaning up I went down stairs for breakfast

The stares felt cold underneath my bare feet. Once I finally reached the kitchen it smelt of eggs and toast. Blair and Niall were giggling at the table, both had a glass of orange juice in front of them.

“Good morning Hadley.” Harry winked from over the stove flipping some eggs. His curls were pushed back out of his face. He wasn’t wearing a shirt. I found my eyes wandering down to his tan toned body. The smooth lines of his abs defined, his several random tattoos sprinkled across his beautiful arms.

Harry caught my eyes on his body a little too long and gave me a crooked smile. I sat at the table across from Ed. Harry came over to put some eggs on my plate, and leaned over my shoulder.

“Take a picture, it lasts longer.” He whispered into my ear, his lips brushed my ear, making me shiver.

“So you guys want to go on a swim after this?” Niall asked, looking out of the beautiful landscape window that showed us the beautiful beach, which seemed unharmed by the rain last night.

“Sure, I am so up for a swim.” Ed said stretching his arms over his head. “Oh yeah Hadley, my mum found Ron last night snooping around outside, he is safe and home.” Ed grinned to the side.

“Really she found Ron!” I exclaimed. Ron had been missing for the last few days, and I didn’t get a chance to say goodbye, and we were going to take him with us on tour so I was horrified. He often found his way back home, but if something happened to him I don’t know what I would do.
